We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean, affordable and convenient! Perfect for families or business. Close to dining and Wal-Mart. Has nice kitchenette with full size fridge for extended stays. Definitely recommend this hotel.

United StatesThe dishwasher had a sticker saying not to use it and no one knew why.
Very quiet and clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of pillows. Walk in shower. Dishes and pans supplied and an ice maker in the fridge. We were able to relax after work at night. Anthony, the General Manager, was extremely helpful with a problem we had and took about 5 minutes to correct the situation. Liz, the Desk Clerk on duty on Saturday was cheerful and helpful when we stopped by the desk. Great staff.

United StatesNot quiet The booked the room on the way there when I checked into the Motel they charge my card for another fifty bucks for in case that was something wrong with the room and then mislead me and telling me that I'll get the money right back you don't the elevator was broken . I could not used the stairs bad ankle. Put me in room on the 1st floor. Where it was quiet because of people walking briskly and room service came at 8am check out time was at 11am they came again at 10:20 am again check out is at 11am

United StatesFirstly, they were having roofing done with no heads up prior to booking. The noise is insufferable! The room was fairly large and would have been comfortable, if it was cleaned properly. Seemed as though the only cleaning that was done was the bed sheets. There were short black hairs on the bed, in the bathroom floor, in the tub. There were stains on the curtains as if something spilled on the wall and wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly either. When moving the box of tissues an outline of dust was left behind. Overall not clean, I did not feel safe for all of the male workers in and out of the property (single female traveling for work) and I would not recommend this place.

Towels were old and worn. Tub faucet are loose and about to fall off. This is a hotel for working men and that’s how it looks …

United StatesJust about everything. Only got 4 tv channels in LR and TV in BR didn't work. Floors in kitchen area were dirty. Dishes in dishwasher. Used coffee pod in coffee maker. Staff didn't know what to do about the tv's. Curtain in BR hanging off track on left side. Trip hazard on coming into room from hallway, BR and LR. Carpets in hallway had strong smell. This is not the type of accommodations I expect for $170.00.

United StatesTravel manager, Ray, was very unprofessional and rude. Had issues with the hotel not accepting the payment from booking.com and trying to double charge our credit card. Refused to give us a number for the manager and hung up on the customer service representative that called to help resolve the issue.
Room was spacious, updated, very comfortable beds, large bathroom. Really enjoy having a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, full size refrigerator, micro, and having pots, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, and other kitchen necessities already in the room ready for use.
