Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Stateswhen we booked the room, we were told that there would be a breakfast and we were also told that there was a sleeper sofa for one of my children. Neither one was actually an option which made my daughter and son have to share a bed and I was not expecting to pay $2 a yogurt or tiny box of $2 cereal which required a tiny $3 milk.

United StatesThere was a lot of construction and quite a strong smell of paint on the second floor which is why we moved to the bottom floor. The pool feels like it's right in the middle of a parking lot, perhaps putting up some privacy fencing would make it feel more relaxing.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful in moving out of the first room which was right next to the construction going on in the hotel. The laundry facilities were very convenient. The bathroom was a good size and great water pressure.

United StatesWhen I made a reservation, I requested a King size bed and the hotel said it was because of Booking.com that I didn't receive my bed of choice. I was upset about that, because the double beds are just too small.

United StatesDrive up made me nervous because it was only partly repainted and reception area outdated...room and bathroom furniture also outdated and needing some repair and some mold stains in shower.
It was very clean! I always reclean my hotel rooms. Usually I am justified by how dirty my clorox wipes are after. But this time there was nothing on the wipes! Even the bathroom floor didn't make the wipe dirty! I was duly impressed. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. I loved the full size fridge and freezer (also spotless). The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to and the room we had was quiet. Heb shopping just around the corner as well.

IndiaCleaning was not up to standard when we compare with similar size hotel. There was a notification " we clean once in a week for safety". One week is very long time, I am not sure how clean it was when I arrived. I could see dust on the fridge and the bath tub was not fully clean. Staff was not so cooperative, there was no cart to carry luggage to room.
Location is close to downtown. It is also rightly priced and room has all necessary amenities. Beds were very comfortable. ``

United StatesThe area leaves a bit to be desired and this Candlewood Suites is not up to the standards of other Candlewood Suites locations I have used in the past. The bed seemed a lot smaller than a Queen, more along the lines of a full, the bathroom had dirty grout in the corners of the shower. The room was over all outdated. Prior to my check in the previous customer was difficult to say the least and the receptionist was visibly flustered. She didn’t have the skills to accommodate that difficult customer and it carried over to helping me. She truly appeared to try to satisfy the customer and readjust by having a pleasant encounter with me but she could use either more experience or more training. Not worth the $ I paid.
The hotel is right off the interstate, so that was great.
