The room was very basic. The chair had stains on it and there was nothing extra in the room like a coffee maker or hairdryer. However, the AC worked well, and the beds were comfortable.

we were surprised there was no breakfast possible. - Just outside our room - the cleaning people had their container - a bit disturbing with the talk just ourside an open vindow in the morning...

Felt the room was a little worn, furniture bit shabby & stained. Room slept 4 but only two of us which was perfect as it would have been far too small for 4 people.

The location for this hotel was fantastic, so much on the door step & minurs away from beach & Ocean drive. Staff were so lovely & they kept our luggage for us with no charge. There is also a restaurant in hotel & it was fabulous! Had the most delicious pasta dish.

The bathrooms are small. I chose the room with a balcony but when I checked in I received a City View.

The property is located in an excellent location, and the staff was accommodating and friendly

We reserved a room for (and paid for) four people, but only three of us came. The room was very small--a bit too small for more than two people, but we made it work. Even though we reserved for four, there were only two towel sets and one roll of toilet paper in the room. We kept having to ask for basics like this. Because you charge depending on how man will stay in the room, you should make sure to supply for that many.

The location was great--within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and other businesses. I also appreciated the chair and towel access on the beach. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff working during my stay were super friendly and helpful.

The room temp was stuck at 82 degrees so at 11:30pm the first night, so we had to pack up and move to another room, The staff was notified and still nothing has been addressed by the Manager who I asked to speak to but never could.

The other staff was friendly but the Manager has still not responded back to me about the issues with the temp. of the room and the fact that the controls were broken so we had to move since so hot. I feel that it should have been handled better and still no response back.

Some rooms are a bit noisy due to the restaurant on the first floor, but they did move us to the second floor which was way better for the noise. The rooms aren't very big, but they are very clean.

Really kind staff and the hotel is pretty small so it feels more personal. Location is excellent, about 5min walk from the beach and chairs are complimentary by the hotel so you don't have to rent them on the beach. They also let you take beach towels for the day for free.

Very basic. No complementary water or even coffee. Was staying in a ground floor room, which gets extremely noisy as guests stroll in and out of the hotel. The ground floor was always smelly. Worth it if you ignore the negatives.

Great location. In the middle of art deco district. Direct bus to airport, downtown and malls. All you pay for is location.

Would have liked at least coffee in the lobby and even to be able to purchase some breakfast, like muffins, croissants, etc.
