Our room had ants. The bathroom had a few black hairs on the floor like it hadn’t been clesned well. The couch in our room was old and ripped. We put a sheet on it before we sat on it.

Loved the location. Hotel has great bones/layout with pool and eating area and patio. You can tell it used to be very very nice.

The facility just isn't being kept up and it's age is really showing...it needs a solid deep cleaning and some items are ready for replacement. Shampoo or replace carpets, appliances like coffee makers and fridges need servicing. It looks like the staff does a great job with the tools and time they are given.

Our room wasn't cleaned 100% more specifically the bathroom. The toilet was dirty, the cleaners they use made the bathroom smell horrible, a very strong chemical smell. The biggest offset is when I walked in to check in both staff were sitting on their phones, both looked up and both didn't acknowledge me until I reached the desk at which point I waited until one put their phone down and helped me.

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was good and the pool was clean and open. The hotel is positioned in a perfect spot, next to many restaurants and stores and right next door to a grocery store.

After breakfast we went back up to our room and our room keys had been deactivated. I had the key and sleeve showing our room number on it. The cleaning lady was right there about to enter the room right next to us and I kindly asked her if she could let us in to grab our suitcase. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and snapped a quick "NO". She unlocked the room next door, went in, and shut the door behind her. I went back down to the front desk, from the 3rd floor, and told the lady what happened. She agreed that the cleaning lady should have let us in our room. In addition, the train was very loud!

Room and hotel was very clean. Beds were super comfy, and breakfast was good. Location was perfect for an evening at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre.

They gave STYROFOAM cups for coffee and breakfast bowls. There was a wedding on I guess... and it was at our expense that we were no longer given real bowls and mugs and forced to drink and eat warm food (oatmeal) out of cancerous Styrofoam bowls and coffee cups. We asked for different and the lady didnt speak English and just said no without trying to understand. They also ran out of cream for pancakes and didnt replace it.

The rooms are nice size and location is good. I LOVE that there arent a thousand TVs in every common area, it is peaceful.

When I called I specifically asked if the lounge/bar was open and was told yes. But it has not been open since Covid.

First room the heater didn't work. Second room after 3 days the heater caught on fire around midnight. Pretty scary being woke up by fire next to you bed.

Huge parking lot. Huge bedroom complete with kitchenette with a separate living room with two big screen tvs. Absolutely the best continental breakfast in a huge dining area Lots of restaurants and stores near by Very quiet and bed was very comfortable

Everything is clean and fairly well maintained, but nothing is new. There's a bit of paint chipping here and there, and the windows leaked when it rained.

The breakfast was pretty standard hotel fair- lots of breads/muffins/etc, eggs, potatoes, coffee, and juice from a machine.
