Unfortunately the staff let this property down. The first night in the Reel Bar our food order was lost, the second night we got food but not what we ordered. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am the day we were checking out, and did not seem to understand that checkout was not until 11.00am; it took ages to persuade her we were not leaving the room at that time. We asked at reception for clarification regarding our bill and the receptionist was curt and dismissive and failed to explain anything properly.

The Fish house had hands down the worst breakfast I’ve ever eating. Everything about the food was gross and not worth the money. The pregnant waitress was horrible, short and took 15 minutes to greet us and the restaurant was dead. The bacon was so hard and over cooked it was black. Our waitress told us there isn’t anything she could do about it. Needless to say it’s being disputed with my bank.

Prime location, beautiful views and for the most part a friendly staff. I enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pits and live music.

They should have more options of restaurants. There was a bar inside the hotel and I didn’t know if they had food too. The size of the hotel that we stayed, was small and didn’t have oven or a microwave to heat food.But otherwise, the peace of the hotel was awesome, the parking was easy to find to park the car.

I really liked the sea view.It was excellent to see on the balcony because it was close to the beach too! Also, I liked the peace that this hotel transmitted.

The bathroom seemed old. Also , they were painting the hallways when we were there so it smelt like paint when we were in the hallway. Ice machine was also broken.

The location is perfect, but the best part is by far the shuttle service to downtown. It is the main reason I stay there! It’s so convenient!! The resort itself it’s very nice and clean and I recommend it to anyone.

The only negative was that I asked for “Harbor view” which was not in my opinion what I got. It was very much obstructed by landscape and tiki bar.

The food & restaurant options were limited on the property but not really a problem since others are close by. Not much not to like.

The balcony views were spectacular, the pools were great, the staff was very accommodating. The only glitch was the air conditioning system was sketchy, and the front door of our room needs to be repaired because it gets stuck.

We got there at 4:30 on Friday 8/25. We wanted to sit outside and enjoy a cocktail and were chased out by some security guy who told us we needed a wristband. He said it would take 2 mins. We went to a tent and there was a line of about 8 people waiting for wristbands. It was 95° and all we wanted were drinks and to sit in chairs under an umbrella. We finally get to the front of the line and we’re told we had to pay $12 each! We walked away. We later found out that it was FREE for guests of the hotel. No one said that to us.

Lobby coffee should have extended hours. We went down a few times in the mid-afternoon and everything was shut down.

The breakfast at the restaurant next door was fine although the menu was limited. It would be nice to have a small free continental breakfast in the hotel lobby, maybe just muffins, juice etc for the price of the room.
