The room was a mess the walls had holes the head board Almost took my head off because it came off the wall the drug users and dealers where walking up to our car the prostitution was ridiculous

The staff does their best to make you comfortable but the building & rooms are just too old... This place needs an overhaul...

I asked for a smoking room and when we got to the room it was horrendous. It was dirty, I didn't even dare to put my bag down. I immediately asked for another room. That one was a little better. I would've preferred to stay at a different location but it was already paid for. The area is horrible. There was alot of drug addicts all around. As we exited the highway there was someone sleeping in a tent. They really need to remodel there rooms.

The ROOM. THE ROACHES. The missing lamp shades. The not working lights. The missing safety latch on the door.

FThere is simply no use complaining about this place because they never accept responsibility for their horrible disgusting property. The room was dirty. The bed was poorly made. The lamps did not have coverings. The light switches in the vanity area did not work. The floors seemed to not have been vacuumed. I felt like my life was in danger because this hotel is in a not so good area but there is no latch on the door. But complaining is pointless because its clear the owners of this property are only out to get money. I paid 80 BUCKS FOR A room that in no way met 80 buck standards. I want a full refund.

Everything is the room needs to be updated. We didn't even sleep in the sheets. We brought our own blankets and pillows. The entire room just needs to be gutted. We even brought our own lysol and clorox wipes.

The location is not great. If you are looking for a last minute stay and all other hotels are booked then you might want to consider if its for one night. Otherwise, I would not stay again nor would I ever let my child stay there.

There was not one, single, solitary moment that either I or my family felt as if we were physically safe of satisfied with this disturbing and unsettling hotel stay. PLEASE avoid patronizing this establishment and avoid being part of the sad cycle of poverty, crime and deplorable conditions perpetuated by this hotel's continued operation. This property would better be served as a parking lot.

This property is not fit for human inhabitation. My heart aches for the individuals that have no other alternative for housing than this hotel. It is in a VERY unsavory neighborhood with rampant prostitution being transacted openly in the neighboring streets 24 hours a day. The area is riddled with individuals with substance use issues, homelessness and crime.

We had an unscheduled layover at the airport July 14-15 during the overnight hours. American Airlines ran out of hotel vouchers so we were left to stay at the airport or book a hotel on our own. We booked a motel at Royal Inn around 12:30 am and took a taxi to the location. On first appearance, the neighborhood looked bad. The check in guy was behind glass. It appeared solicitation and drug use was happening with the activity in the parking lot and the glossy appearance and unsteady gait of the people seen. The hotel room was filthy. Comforters had cigarette burns, dirty walls, towels, linen, punch hole in the wall, bugs in the mini fridge. Group of men partying in the parking lot outside of out hotel room. We were afraid to stay and afraid to leave. We stayed about 30 minutes, then called an Uber and left. Hotel check in told us we could not be issued a refund. This had to be issued through Booking.com. Booking.com should NOT advertise this hotel on their website. It is NOT safe and a liability to the company. I would like to request a refund. I have receipts and pictures. Please contact me ASAP

The walls the bed and the Chair please please don’t stay there the lock on the door did not work!!! We stayed in 129 and it was a waste of money and they don’t give refunds after 10 minutes and you can’t see the room until you check in. We went and got food came back and did not feel safe and checked out. It’s not worth 75.00 maybe 40

Everything. in a bad location. it was dirty. smelled like cigarettes. room looked like it hadn’t been tended too in months. I actually ended up staying somewhere else cause I just couldn’t bare it. I should’ve done more research before i I spent 80 dollars staying here. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE

The bathroom was clogged and was dirty, the sheets were dirty, there was an abundance of roaches, the room smelled bad, the linen was scarce and had stains on them. When I requested another room the front attendant couldn’t move me because the hotel was full and I was stuck in a room infested with roaches!

Nothing.. The first room given to me was not serviced at all. I opened the doors and both beds were unmade. Unbelievable.. roaches.. I slept on my dirty clothes. I bird bathed standing on a towel. I washed the wash clothe before I used on my body. I washed my face with my hands. This place should be shut down immediately in my opinion.
