The property could use a deep cleaning, a new set of pillows, a new mattress, and fresh linen. The bathroom could use new liners and curtains as well. We avoided skin contact with the liner by every possible mean. I’d just suggest bringing some Clorox , wipes, Lysol, and open the windows just to be on the safe side. No offense

Sivitri is an amazing hostess! She made hubby and I feel right at home. The location is minutes away from our home and work. There’s a 7 eleven within walking distance ( like 2 minutes literally). There are also a few grocery stores nearby and shopping centers.

The location was perfect for me, between the airport and city center. What impressed me most was the friendly and gracious host. I had advised that I would be arriving very late, which she could accommodate, and she even met me in person despite the late hour.

We had a lovely stay here, very comfortable and cozy basement apartment with private entrance in a beautiful neighborhood. Our hostess Savitri was super friendly and welcoming, and it was the perfect place to relax in between doing things in the city.

Everything was perfect!

Savitri was amazing! She was so kind and thoughtful as she showed us the accommodations. The space was perfect for our 1 night visit. It was comfortable and close to everything; grocery shopping and bus stops are conveniently located within a short walking distance. We will definitely be coming back!

Savitri has been super sweet and friendly. She checked how comfortable we felt and asked if we needed anything multiple times. The apartment is bigger than the one you see in the pictures. The kitchen if fully-equipped. The bed is really comfortable. It's also worth mentioning how pet friendly the place is. There are several gas stations and restaurants in the blocks nearby. Great location! We will return for sure!

Do not go there. Very expensive for provided basement. High humidity, very dusty. We are 3 member family. My girl is 4 years old and she has hangover. When we entered to home I saw that she became to breath hard due to high humidity and high portion of dust in the home. I asked host to cancel our booking with some deduction, but rejected and charged full amount. We left home an hour passed from check in and did not stayed there. Home has too high humidity and is dusty. There is just one 20cm.sq window and no any place to get weather inside.

Nothing, from our perspective.

No meals involved, but perfect for our needs. My Navy son from Norfolk with his wife came for an overnight visit to Arlington. A convenient location, clean and comfortable and perfect for their two little dogs. I highly recommend this property. Savriti, the owner and hostess, was extremely amicable and considerate.

The space was incredibly cozy and well decorated. Ms. Savitri was a great host and her cat Isabella was super friendly. The location is also hard to beat, the neighborhood was safe and had great restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

There was a continuous smoky smell within the apartment which apparently comes from the living quarters above the apartment. The HVAC system is one unit for both the basement and the living quarters in the house above. Although they were too air purifying small machines in the basement they were insufficient to remove the odor of smoke throughout the apartment. I strongly suggest this information be included in the listing for the property. We found some parts of the apartment to be very up-to-date but others to be old, including the bed and bedding. In our opinion, the apartment feels cluttered with a lot of extraneous items such as extra pillows on the two sofas and on the bed.

Location and price great. The host was exceptionally caring and hospitable. The amenities included a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.

This place is really cozy and comfortable. We just loved the decorating style! The location is amazing, and it is in a very safe neighborhood. It has all of the amenities one could ask for, and the hostess is such a lovely person! We will absolutely stay here anytime we come back to the DC/Arlington area.
