Because they were making improvements none of the amenities were available like free breakfast, ice machine, travel shampoo, conditioner, and soaps weren't ready to use, and trash cans in the rooms.

Someone tried to come in and it didn't have breakfast and the people next door was very loud and kept standing by my door the first night the second night was good. The staff was on it. I think most of it was because it is being remodel though. So it could get better.

No deposit would have been better

I never got in the room because I was not aware of the $50 deposit. My ride drove off and my phone died so I could not cancel big inconvenience. :-(

Very petty over giving u ur deposit back ..they come up with excuses to not give u the deposit back . Need less to say I will never stay here again .. refused to give deposit back over food on the comforter that they have to wash anyway before another guest can stay .. when I was checking out the guy was very rude about it. I've stayed here many times but this will be the last time they get my business and I will not refer anyone to them ever again just a way to keep people money ..

My tub was messing up. When I took a shower it filled up pretty quick. The towels and sheets was fresh.

How it's being renovated. You can tell they fixing it up. Last time I stayed it was a nasty feeling. Carpet stunk. They had bugs. Thank God I didn't see none

The front desk lady was very nice , respectful, helpful , and from my understanding she is a new staff member but seemed to have worked there for a long time … very good representation of the hotel !!

I didn’t like that we had to move from our room after spending only one night due to construction that was going to be going on where we were put. I also didn’t like that our key cards would work one minute and then not the next. The AC that was in room 201 didn’t work as good as the one where we were in the night before which was room 225. But other than those things everything else was good.

I liked how they were very respectful. When we checked in we were supposed to get a queen bed but there wasn’t one available so they let us have a double bed room. I really like the breakfast they had.

Exterior was in disrepair, Pool, building, air conditioner worked very poorly, no tv controller in, it was late and a lot of strange people were around the motel, at breakfast I asked for a spoon to eat a cup of yogurt, none were available

Usually, we get ground floor room but this time we were given one on the second floor. We are both elderly and have physical limitations. I specifically asked for a ground floor room with adjacent parking. We were given a second floor room, with one king bed when we asked for two double beds. We changed rooms to the adjacent one. The appliances were not working as they were unplugged and the tv remote was missing. The tv volume could not be adjusted on the remote or the tv. The air conditioning worked well, but the fan could not be adjusted. There was a problem with the key cards that took additional time to correct. The mirror had remnants of markers on it.

Access to hwy 75, reasonable rates, breakfast. The staff did their best to attend to our needs.
