I ended up getting breakfast and had to pay $56 for things we really did not like. So many hotels have complimentary breakfast and I thought this was the case. It was not clearly articulated, so I was disappointed I had to pay that.

Shower and tub needed an update; slippery. Televison did not bring channels selected.

air conditioning didn’t work well. thermostat set at 65 but it never hit below 74 degrees. it appears the ac unit is controlled by sensing movement in the room

There were 2 full size beds instead of one king and one full, which is how it was advertised. Very uncomfortable for 3 adults. Also, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Not what we have typically experienced with Marriott.

Decor was updated and modern. Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Rooms were a bit tired , poor lighting in halls Lamp switches in the room were tiny and hard to find . Pop up sink drain would not pop up . I reported it at Checkout

my kids went to the front desk after being in the pool had their towels wrapped around them and were told they were not dressed properly and they would not give them more towels.Paid $252.00 for 1 night,  it was 1050 in the morning and people were banging on the door asking when we were going to leave so they could start cleaning the room. You don’t even get breakfast included with this price. The rooms do not look anything like they do online and the products in the bathroom smelled horribly they claim that they have Bath and body work products that’s a lie. The whole experience was horrible will never go back again and would not recommend to anyone. Way overrated way too expensive for what you get. Not worth it at all. Don’t waste your money.

The television never worked for me. The maintence man tried to fix it two seperate times for me and couldn't figure out how to make it work. I was and am very dissappinted to have spent so much money on a hotel room with no television, not to mention the 2 maintenance interruptions in my stay. My mini fridge also never worked. I was advised to unplug and plug in again the fridge, which was a very challenging and stressful ordeal as the plug in is in a hidden, hard to reach hole in the wall. Also, it still never worked. The toilet stopped working working also. I let the front desk staff know of these issues and they said and did nothing to help me feel better about these issues happeninf to me. I plan to make it very well known on every platform and to everyone I know how uncomfortable, disappointing and frustrating my stay was here.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The lamps and thermostat worked properly. I did not use the shower or bath.
