Only thing aggravating was no ventilation in the bathroom.

Layout of the entire facility was impressive and smart. Lobby and bar area was very nice. Rooms spacious and well maintained.

I didn’t know that there was 100 incidental charge when I went to check in. I was never told my total before I began to pay. After I switched to a different card it sent me a declined message and said the total was more than what I originally thought. Then the clerk told me oh it is a 100 incidental charge that you will get back when you check out. Had I known that I would have moved more money from my account so my card wouldn’t have kept declining. I still haven’t received my $100 back it has been almost a month when they told me 3-7 days.

It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We also liked the shower very relaxing.

Was impressed by the building everything looked and felt 5 start. Well until we had to use the elevators. One set of the elevators was out of order and the working elevators were glitchy. They would adjust and re-adjust when you arrive at a floor with the door open, moving about 3 or so inches up or down a few times. Also while going to the 6th floor, to our rooms, the elevator stopped on the 5th floor then started going down again. So we just got off at 3rd floor and took the stairs to the 6th floor. Extra note: we had to scan our room key to get access to the 6th floor on the elevators which made it feel more secure. When we took the stairs there was no lock on the 6th floor stairway door, just a sign that said to scan room key to enter floor. There was no place to scan the key and looked like there never was. So much for the added security.

Everything was clean and felt like the money you spent to stay there was worth it.

Thought room I booked had a pull out sofa bed

Staff was great! Thought I had booked a room with king and pull out sofa bed but desk said it was king only. However, manager on duty personally delivered a roll away bed.

I didn’t like that I had to walk the stairs with a bad hip when checking out because the elevator was broken. Also our first room was cold which I feel like should have been checked before we were given the room at check in.

The property was in a prime location of all the shops and restaurants. Also I loved the shower

Booked it because it had a pool and when we got there the pool was closed. Breakfast area was reserved the following morning for a private soccer event we were not made aware of. No breakfast or coffee was available for the common people like us who were not with the soccer event, which was very hard to explain to 3 young children who just saw food and juice out, and were not allowed to have any. Room was not clean we used the pull out sofa, crumbs all in the bed and soda and water bottle caps were everywhere under the bed I counted at least 5 I could see. For the money that was spent for one night… it was a poor experience and Marriott will not be my go to hotel in the future.

I paid for what was being advertised and I got something different. I got 2 full beds when it was supposed to be a king and full. There wasn’t enough space. So I am very upset for just getting something I didn’t pay for.

Elevator! It scared me to death, the doors were not opening and it was going to different floors without opening.

Our room’s bathroom door wasn’t fully on the tracks. We booked a King Room with a sofa bed and didn’t get the sofa bed. The staff at the front desk was pretty rude.
