The room was old, the temp was either too hot or too cold. The ac unit was loud and so were my neighbors.

The car next to ours in the parking garage was vandalized. Every window broken out. So we won't ever stay there again.

They’re in remodeling the place and my kids have to go through the casino area and I didn’t liked it. Specially with all the smoke from the people smoking in the casino

Bed was hard as a rock. 2 chairs in room were so uncomfortable I had to sit on the bed.the chairs need replacing ,as you just sunk down in them, until your back ached. It seemed like every escalator going down to lobby to check in were broken, so had to use stairs.

I liked the size of the room.good towels.all bathroom soaps, shampoo was very good. Casino was close to where I wanted to go,

The only thing I do not like about the Casino is the smell of cigarettes even in the non smoking area! The Food Court has limited choices, they only have Panda Express, Habit, and Sub-way & Pizza.

I prefer being checked in by a human. Self check-in didn't recognize my credit card using the tap feature. The resort fee was almost as much as the room. Gym had outdated gym equipment, The sun was shining in, making the room hot. The parking garage stairwells were filthy and had peeling paint on the hand rails. Water stained ceiling tiles and peeling paint walls can be seen throughout the hotel. One would think the cost of one's stay would go towards some of the upkeep and appearance of the hotel. The escalators leading to and from the hotel registration lobby were broken and blocked off. This made getting checked in inconvenient, because we had to take the long way to get down there from the green garage, where we arrived. Wheb I called the front desk from my room, I was told the circus performances ended at midnight. We went to the arcade to see a show around 10 pm. Found the stage empty. Arcade employee told us there wouldn't be a performance till the next evening. My friends were disappointed since it was there 1st time here. Employees at the arcade looked miserable. It was sad.

I booked through booking.com, the price was affordable. Free self parking. The buttermilk restaurant had delicious food, (a little pricey). Rooms were clean and comfortable. I was happy my request for a room with a view was met.

Only complaint I have is the smoking of cigarettes inside the property where their are families / kids / pregnant women / non smokers etc that have to endure the second hand smoke and the smell, which is a bit overwhelming.

I liked how it was well kept. Plenty of things to do from the arcade , watching the little performances, casino , a few stores/gift shops, plenty of food options , food court for a quick bite, and restaurants. Really liked how the hotels were connected on top but you can pass through all of them through downstairs and having a short walk outside.

Should have moving sidewalks to get over to Sky Tower.

The first night, there was a couple next door with a baby and a toddler. I was dead asleep when they went into the room. The couple made no effort to quiet the children for at least two hours. There were lots of shops, drinking spots, etc that were closed during my weeklong stay. I understood places going dark on a Monday but on a Thursday night?!

The drain on the bathtub is very slow to drain. The walkway to the sky tower is very cold.

Do to construction, or broken equipment the escalator was out which made getting to the elevator to our room incredibly difficult. There was also two elevators not operating so we would have to wait in line for up to twenty minutes trying to get to our room.

You charge a service fee upon check in. I got an email stating my room was ready , but when I went to check in you charged me 10.00 per room to check in early.

Although free Parking was not convenient and difficult. No bell hop noted/available. No luggage chart available for self-help. Bed sides broken down/droopy in need of replacement. Chose NOT to stay on return.

Bedsheets had a blood looking stain, took forever to get a crib for housekeeping to bring to my room, the room phones work terribly you can not hear the customer service. Got a room near a party of fifteen guys and they were loud all night and my baby couldnot sleep. It really needs to be smoke free casino there should be no reason people can smoke indoors.

Not many options open on Thursdays. Vallet was super slow getting cars. Took over an hour to get luggage brought to our room. Slow elevators Large resort fee for things I didn't even use .

The room size was great and nice/clean. Fast check in at kiosks. Great Water pressure Convenient location
