Booking. Com, advertised that we get a frre car ride from. LAX to. Hotel, but Hotel said they don't have that services!. No truth in advertising!

We didn't have any hot water in the shower the first few days, but as soon as we mentioned this - the very helpful staff sorted it out immediately. So basically, the excellent staff made up for the things that were less good :) The carpet in the room was very dirty and stained, the beds were very hard, and the breakfast could use a big upgrade!

The staff was so friendly and helpful, at all hours of the day. Whenever we asked for help with anything, or had an issue, they were very fast and service-minded. The staff, the location and the parking facilities made the experience overall a good one! We travelled all over Los Angeles and found the hotel to be in an excellent location to get to!

Matress were ok but pillows were terrible - square and small but mostly super hard, brick like. There was a dirty towel in our room and overall cleaning standards in the room can be improved. The area is not the best, but this is LA nowadays.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was not abundant, but had the minimum - pancakes, bread, some fruit. For espresso coffee there's a coffee shop inside the hotel. Room was spacious enough for four. Water fountain in reception was super useful. Free parking space.

The parking is really tight. I don’t think it’s truck friendly. The location is okay. It does look a bit sketchy.

I like how there was a parking garage at the hotel itself. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Neighborhood a little sketchy but not bad. Breakfast did not start until 7 and unfortunately we had to be on our way by 6:30 so we missed it. Never mentioned $100 deposit until they run your card.

They charged me twice for my 3 nights affecting me a lot my budget situation in that moment. Also: -Bad Location -Aircon was so noisy I have to decide beetween sleep frozen or using eraplugs to avoid that anoying sound -Breakfast, very poor.

The hotel has a ballroom on the second floor. They gave us a room on the third floor right above the party and BASS FROM THE DJ SHOOK THE FLOOR. I asked for another room the attendants were nice enough to put me on the 4th floor, but it was still above the party. Not ideal, we could still hear the muffled music and bass from the speakers but were able to sleep through it.

It was not advertised as a motel, but it had internal glass sliding doors which were not previously advertised. The pillows were small couch pillows and not proper bed pillows and the area was extremely dodgy.

Lights in rooms are sensor activated. Can’t go to the bathroom without them waking the other person in the room. They have staff at the check in desk but will still direct you to use the kiosk they have for the check in/check out process. Breakfast was a joke. Very limited options. They have mini pancakes that you push a button on a machine and you get 2 mini pancakes that take 10 minutes to come out. Sausage but no eggs? Cereal but no milk? The worst part to me is I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where they have a staff member paid to just stand there watching people getting their breakfast. This was soooooo uncomfortable. They were not just casually looking around. They were just standing there staring. Maybe they could afford better breakfast options if they weren’t paying someone to just stand there.

The beds were very small and are not comfortable for 2 people to sleep in. There was no overhead lights in the room, only lamps.

The breakfast was fair. Staff were friendly and let us drop our bags for no extra charge
