    It was very cold when we got there, it was 55 degrees and it took an hour to get it warm. No remote for TV and had maintenance bring us one. Cob webs hung on everything. The blankets on the bed stunk like sweat.

    Very cozy, enjoy the hot tub.

    on the first day of my stay.. we had no water so it was very upsetting that we couldn’t get out day started.

    Internet access was not available. Shower drains were clogged with hair. Air conditioner filter was filthy and had not been changed in months . Hot tube was not circulating hot water through filter due to a clog . Vacuum cleaners in closet had old dust collected on them .

    I didnt like that I couldn't turn the air down below 72 according to the piece of paper that was on the thermostat. I was charged 130 dollars for a cleaning fee I understand that but when I get there and there is hand prints all over the windows and I for a vape, toys, and trash stuffed down in the couch they obviously don't clean very well. The air vents up starts didn't work at all if it was the winter time wouldn't have mattered but when it's 90 degrees outside it matters. The bed was like sleeping on a rock and after you been at dollywood all day you would like to come sleep on atleast a little bit comfortable mattress I'd actually used the couch seats and slept on the floor it was much better then that bed.

    The WORST place.The vcay was ruined because there was no AC and a lot more things. Do not stay here!

    The code wasn’t given for us to get in the gate. The sink leaked and THE AC DIDNT WORK AND TOOK FOREVER TO GET SOMEONE TO FIX IT. do not stay here unless you want your whole vcay to be ruined. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. It was 82 in that cabin and no one would come fix it till the next day.

    The location was good that’s about it.
