The pool and fitness center were not open, due to be under construction. I was not aware of this when booking and if I would have known, I would’ve stayed somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and the rooms look like they had been recently updated. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient, being close to the freeway.

The breakfast option should be better or better prepared and the in room jacuzzi jet buttons are way to far away across the room to access and restart jets.

Location was great close to food, gas, and highway. The staff was friendly as always and they kept common areas clean throughout. The gym was small but efficient and in room jacuzzi was big and perfect.

The bed was so very uncomfortable I had to double the down comforter so I could lay on it to sleep that is the only complaint I have

I liked how nice the staff the place was very clean breakfast was okay you couldn't here your neighbors in the next room the down comforter was a life saver

Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The indoor pool is a big plus (perfect temperature, not too warm, not too cold). Rooms have been recently renovated and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fine, not exceptional.

The front desk people were great. One girl with red braids had her moments but the rest of your staff was wonderful.

Bathroom was kind of small.

Very clean, I like the non-carpeted floor in the room. The desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived, seemed to enjoy his job.

My room smelled of smoke, and I had an allergic reaction to the smoke. Appreciate that they cleaned the room for us, however unfortunately nothing else was available for them to move us. Should have offered to provide a discount due to the smokey smell of the room in a non-smoking hotel

Great location is traveling to Spire, with several really good restaurant options.

One of the female staff was a little rude, but didn’t deal with her much. The air conditioner in the room was broken, the fridge kept things cold if you kept things near the top, however, the freezer part was dirty and gross. The fridge was leaking. Lots of cracks near the top of the walls and ceiling, could use a renovation. The bed sheets were clean, but you could tell they had stains they couldn’t previously get out which was pretty gross. The toilet seat was old and warn and slightly chipping from how old it was and the tub was also just OK. Decent stay for a fair price, however, not sure I would ever stay here again.

Clean, really friendly gentleman that was working the nights and was super helpful! Breakfast was small for choices, but good. Close to the highway.

The room had a perfume odor like what is used to cover up odor of a room that had been smoked in at some time in the past. It was a minimal inconvenience and I have no doubt that if I had requested, the staff would have worked to change my room.

Standard included breakfast; it was good. The staff was friendly and worked to get me in a room as soon as I arrived for check in. Parking was convenient and allowed quick access to the Hotel and rooms. The room was clean. The air conditioning and fan was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The linens, towels, sink and bathroom were all fresh and clean.
