The toilet seat was loose. The sheer curtain for the window was torn in half. The lady that checked me out was not super enthusiastic about her job it didn't seem. Didn't really feel like she cared much.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. I always appreciate a clean bathroom, and this one was. Breakfast was good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The gentleman that checked me in was efficient and friendly.

Wifi barely worked during the day. Only really late at night or early morning. I had to do some work while there so this was no good for me at all.

Breakfast was great, location was perfect for my stay. Staff was friendly. There was a leak in the bathroom shower and they moved me with no problems.

The exterior can use cleaning up. Of course, again, it's almost impossible to do. The hotel would almost need 24-hour maintenance for the cleaning & upkeep because a lot of guests & non-guests do not always pick up after themselves, nor their pets.

Room was clean & comfortable and rates were fare. Breakfasts were ok. To the hotel's credit, they try to please everyone...but it is an impossible endeavor. All staff we encountered were friendly.

The floors are paper thin. We heard every single noise and footstep from the room above us. It went on all night.

Very disappointed that the pool was unavailable - it was one of the reasons I decided on this hotel. Ice machine not available on floor. Staff seldom around to tend mini-store at desk. Freezer in mini-fridge became defrosted & soaked some of my things.

1. The bathroom! Mold in the shower!!! Didn’t appear that the shower had been used for awhile. Very difficult to pull out and push in the handle for the water. The shower “wall” was coming loose from the wall. Needs re-gluing. Broken tiles as baseboard. There is a wall between the toilet and the vanity. Very difficult for my daughter to transfer onto the toilet. Not a good set up! 2. We had to take an elevator to parking and to go to the office on main level. Dangerous situation for wheelchair-bound people. Wasn’t told if there was another safer exit.

Good parking. Got extra towels when needed. Traveling with a disabled adult daughter who, when showering in the roll-in shower, gets water all over the bathroom floor. Can’t help it. Thus the need for more towels. Only reason I booked your site (far from where we actually needed to be as no other sites were available with roll-in shower) was because of the roll-in shower.

Pool wasn't open even thought it's 4th of July weekend. Piped leaking from the ceiling in the parking garage. Staff at check in was kind but seemed to be in a hurry to want to be off work. Ants in our room and bathroom; 3rd floor window had no screen and no safety devices for the window. Made me scared to open it with a toddler. AC couldn't keep up to get the room cooled.

The rooms were nice, pretty clean, good breakfast options.

Breakfast was lacking, eggs, rubbery and lukewarm. There was not much variety with the cereal. There were no coffee cups in the room. The pool wasn't open.

My room key had to be re-callibrated every night because I kept the room key next to my phone in my purse…not sure where else to keep it. Maybe need some sort of protective sleeve? Rooms were nice…hallway carpets (3rd floor) seemed dated and looked dirty because of the color and pattern…that’s just me because I don’t like carpet to begin with. When I’m back in Portland, I will definitely consider this location again. L though I only ate at the Black Bear Diner once in the four days I was there, it was nice to have it close by.

Felt dingy. Exterior needs work. First night there was a leaking pipe in the parking garage.

Breakfast was good. They switched our room because the first one the carpet didn't look clean. Room was decent, but a little cramped. The TV was huge, but the sound qualtiy was poor.

The staff, Steven in particular was great. Wherever you go, regardless of what you're doing what makes it or breaks it is the staff. Steven was helpful, respectful, kind, and very professional. Amazing customer service. The hotel as a whole was surprisingly clean.
