The rooms were cleanish. The bedding was super comfortable and clean. The fridge was unplugged and had mold growing inside. This was tough as my daughter has diabetes and we needed a fridge. The bathroom again was cleanish. The tub looked clean but had hair stuck to the wall and tub. The sink and toiletries were new and fresh but the sink was not clean as it looked at if it had tooth paste stains and other gunk. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. Some of the pastries were stale but the pancake mix was fantastic! Overall the stay was good but I do not think I will stay again unless the price was under $80. The people who are run this place are super nice but I can stay at a cleaner hotel with better breakfast for the same price.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile and was willing to help as quickly as they could. They were quick to bring me batteries for the remote even though the remote still not work after.

Was not able to open room with the key card . Staff had to open room with an actual key. They said they would come back to fix it but they never did.

Dining area- so many noisy people, standing room only for some. Many foods exhausted before we arrived.

Elevator broken and we were placed on top floor, floors in our room were dirty, phone didn’t work in our room, no one cleaned our room on our second day of stay. Staff seemed to be overtaxed but friendly.

Room was musty, Ac took hours to cool the room, carpet was damp, there were roaches in the bathroom & the even in the fridge. Short on towels.

There was a smell like something wet was left in the room and the carpet felt wet not sure if the AC had leaked into the carpet or what but it was humid. The room was a lil tight. There was also no laundry room.

Older front desk guy, possible owner/manager? was rude to a guest on the phone and then wouldn't give his name to customer. This kept me waiting too long, as i was trying to check in. Then i reserved 3 rooms under my CC, but put under guest's names. But when guests were trying to check in, he insisted i come to motel in person to check them in. Which was inconvenient, as I was getting ready for my Mother's funeral services!! Then i when i did arrive, he'd already checked them in, but wouldn't give me their room #'s. He gave family of 5 king bed, which was supposed to go to my Dad. So they had to be moved upstairs to double beds. Then upon check out, after $100 deposit inconvenience, which clerk forgot to give cash deposit back to my guest...he charged them $7 more on their upstairs room. After i had reserved all 3 rooms together. Then there were stains on sheets n comforter. Oh and the door was cracked open upon return to room...luckily i didn't have any belongings in it yet. Should have a sign if door needs to be pulled shut from not automatically closing properly.

Breakfast and room good. Front desk younger clerk, Carlos? was very nice and polite.

Our room was pretty beat up. The AC unit looked like it was falling apart & did not work to it’s full power. The shower had low water pressure. The tub leaked a bit.

It was doable for just one night.
