There wasn't a fan in the bathroom, and the toilet paper was very thin/low quality. I also did not receive a code to access the pool and was locked out at first.

The breakfast was great! We were very comfortable in our room, and enjoyed swimming in the pool. We appreciated having some of our food and entertainment included with the hotel for our family trip, it was an excellent value.

No ventilation in bathroom at all. We raised maintenance issue with basin plug not working in our bathroom - nothing was done during our multiple night stay, meaning basin could not be filled for all of that time. We also did not receive any feedback on another concern we raised with management, which is disappointing. Customer Service levels of staff were average and did not meet what we would reasonably expect.

Great location, on main bus route into town, and walking distance ( 15mins walk) to airport. It's a really good breakfast too.

You have to request maid service daily, in the morning, or they fill up their schedules. I would prefer to have automatic maid service every day.

We debated where to stay for BSU family weekend, and glad we chose Comfort Suites. It is close to everything, and the free breakfast was quite good. It was a great value, and we would definitely consider staying there again.

We ended up in the same room as we were in a few nights earlier before our wedding. Think the same kid was still a floor above running!

We stayed overnight before we drove to a wedding and stayed again for one night when we drove back. Free breakfast and free parking. So convenient.

We had a toddler traveling with us. We noticed we were at the end of the hall which was fine but also noticed kids running above us one floor up, too. We were interested in using their washer/dryer but was informed it was temporarily out of order.

We were looking for somewhere overnight before we went to a wedding a couple hours drive away. It was a perfect location and really enjoyed our breakfast. We walked to a restaurant for dinner nearby. Free parking for our rental car. Loved the complimentary airport shuttle. Staff was courteous and helpful. Didn't use the fitness center or pool but nice to have.

We were double charged for a soda we bought but that didn't phase us because of the great service and cleanliness of the place. We stayed at several hotels through the week and there were some much more expensive ones that weren't worth the money. We were so pleased with your hotel there isn't much I can find that I didn't like.

The area was clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The beds were nice. Breakfast was delicious. The extra charging ports were nice, we didn't have to move furniture to find outlets, the bathroom was spacious.

We were towing a trailer. We were on our way back from Montana to Oregon. It was late and we had my mother inlaw who is in a trailer with us. The time was already almost midnight and the man who checked us in wasn't very nice. Also we asked him if we could park the truck with the trailer on the property. He rudely said that we couldn't because he was still expecting 8 more guests for the night. My husband and I counted 22 empty parking spots. We will not be staying at this location again.

Sometimes staff was a bit slow in responding at the front desk and catered more to the sports team than our needs for our group to have our rooms close together, but, I should have requested that before we got there.

Breakfast was great, location was good for us, our room was terrific and we enjoyed having the jacuzzi in our room. The pool and spa were a plus.

If all third parties like yourselves would communicate what we needed at each hotel not one of them did all hotels we stayed at 4 in all all said the same thing why ask us what we want and need you don’t tell the hotels my handicapped had to sleep on the floor she couldn’t get in bed and the toilet was so low I had to help her on and off I had never seen one so low we will call hotels first so we get what we need

The tub in our room had clearly not been cleaned in between guests which was pretty gross. But I paid good money for the large tub, so we used it anyway. The couch looked like it had never been cleaned and the fabric on the office chair was torn. There was a dark stain on the bedding. We also couldn't find a remote for the TV which made using it pretty annoying. The breakfast the next morning was not great either.

The man at the front desk was very nice and personable when we checked in and out, and the tub in our room was really relaxing.
