They was remodeling so it was so so on repair but they told us that. Curtains were dirty and the breakfast was so so as well. Eggs was cold..

The small food selection at breakfast, no fresh fruit. The water pressure in the shower, we bathe with a little splash of water. Also the rooms were freshly paint and the faucet in the bathroom was all mess up with dry paint and the room door.

Came here on the afternoon and the front desk didnt treat us well. She was rude. Didn’t even greet when we came, didn’t even say thank you. Gave us keys to the room but it didn’t work. Called the front desk while I was in 3rd floor and she didn’t even say sorry and just said “you need to go to the front desk” that’s all not even a sorry. When I went downstairs to tell her that the key didn’t work, she said “did you go to the right room?” Are you kidding me ? I’ve been traveling to so many states and stay in so many hotels! After i said yes I did went to the right room. she just said “oh really” ????? What the hell is that answer ??

Did not like the breakfast arrangement. Common spoon was used for Bacon, Eggs and Hash Brown.

The room was far from the cleanest one, I usually don't notice the dust, but after I found it in the watertank of coffee machine, I start looking around and found it everywhere. The bathroom was beautiful if you don't look at the walls. The sofa and carpet had a lot of stains. Charging station wasn't working. Outside was reconstruction or something like that and it was 24/7, noise was almost non-stop even at the night, was waking up like 4-6 times and I usually sleep very deep. I traveled in the beginning of December and it was pretty cold out, and one day the heater suddenly stopped working, next day I went to the lobby and told them about it, lady said she don't know how to fix it, but maybe I didn't turn it on properly; she went with me upstairs, set it up for 83 and said I can't change the temperature, its the only one working. In 5 min it stopped working again, so I went downstairs, told her that while she was on her personal phone, she said she will be right up, so I came back to my room, waited 40 min (was sitting under the blanket with my coat on, wasn't eating because I was waiting for her - so food gets cold too), I was so pissed and went downstairs again. Lady said to pack my stuff and she will be moving me to a different room, I asked if she have anything in the same floor, cause I have a lot of stuff to pack, she said she don't know, and prob she don't have anything there, so I packed all my stuff, went downstairs with 10 bags in my hands and she gave me the room that is 2 doors away from the old one. Comparing good and bad stuff, next time I will looking for anything else in the town.

The room size was pretty nice, it had a table, nice chair. The bathroom was pretty big too.

Room had some kind of smell. Not sure but something from carpet. Musty once you open the door. Carpet needs to b cleaned too.

Came in late from out of town. Checked in. Asked for the next night as well. Told we were good. The morning person called angry at me for not checking out on time. I told her I'd come to front desk. Night person didn't fulfill my request of another night. But, the morning person was angry and taking it out on me instead of asking me what happened the night before. We eventually got past all of it and I booked another night. BUT, I did not appreciate being treated that way when it wasn't my fault. I work in customer service and I never would have even brought that up to my client. I would have just straightened it out and then told the night person they mucked it up.

pool was not very clean with buildup on walls of pool. curtains were shredded. No room service during visit from Wednesday through Sunday., had to ask for soap and clean towels after4 days.

Location was good for our needs. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating.
