Stylish and spacious rooms. Very clean, bright and airy. Just off the main building with a view over the lake. Constinental breakfast was full and varied and completely unexpected. A real bonus.

The only complaint is that the insulation between rooms is not good, Your neighbors can be clearly heard.

The location was great, very close to the parking locations for the Martha's vineyard ferry. Breakfast was good, the Sunday brunch was amazing and the restaurant Eli's was very good

The lighting wasn't great, the shower had no water pressure, the toilet would rock when you sat on it and the tub had hair come out of it when it was used.

Rooms and hotel are a little sparse; not as cosy and comfortable as expected. Hotel common areas are not very welcoming and there is little to do on site. The SMART TVs were dumb.

The rooms are fine, quite spacious. The breakfast had high quality ingredients for a buffet and evening meal in Eli's Tavern was quite enjoyable.

Parking. The night I stayed there was a function going on. I went out for dinner and when I came back there was no parking. I had to park off site and walk.

the only downside were the amenities in the room and the damp, musty smell upon entering. We expected to find a bottle of water or two in the fridge in the middle of the night, but opened to find it empty. So we had to drive to the nearest 7 eleven for water. The tissue box in the bathroom was completely empty, save for 2 crumpled tissues on the top for decoration. No pens, or paper of any kind, just very bare bones. For a property charging 300+ a night, you expect a little more than what we got.

We loved the room, the decor, and the overall vibe of the place.

I didn't love having a wall unit AC and was concerned it wouldn't work well enough. I like to sleep with the room very cold. It worked better than I thought it would.

I loved the colors and decor of the room. Having wine glasses in the room was a very nice touch. My husband and I were impressed by the continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the check in process was quick. Our room was even ready early. We only used 2 towels but I liked having extra ones in the basket. Something you don't find with big chain hotels anymore.

the room was spacious but the floors were sticky and felt unclean. the beds were too soft for my liking but fine. the sink in the bathroom is too high.. the faucet spot is also high so water splashes everywhere. it was simple. not quite as luxurious as I expected for 320$ a night on the cape. the pictures on line depict more luxury. we enjoyed ourselves all the same.

I liked that the suites were private entrance through parking lot without having to go into the hotel to come and go.

Our room was in an outer, two story building. We were on the first floor so unfortunately, you could hear every step taken by the guests staying above -- walking up / down the entry staircase, across their room, etc. We were only there one night so it wasn't a huge concern -- just be aware. Also, the room had been updated and what was there was nice -- but it was way too sparse. They have opportunity to add to what's there. Lots of open space that could be put to greater use.

Great location. Loved the property's vintage uniqueness. Grounds were beautiful. Very convenient parking right in front of our door. Enjoyed the continental breakfast.

I couldn't believe how loud the people in the next room seemed! It was like they were in my room. I avoided the living area, closed the bedroom door and put on a fan so as not to invade their privacy as well as contain my own.

The aesthetics of modern farmhouse, the cleanliness, the ease of moving about the property, the great location and friendly greeting will bring us back!

We spent two nights there in December and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast. The place was full of charm, very well maintained and clean.

The room was large but there was no opportunity to cook or make coffee in the room. It was big enough for a kitchenette. There was a micro fridge but it was in a coat closet. Otherwise, the decor was clean and cool and modern. Beds were very comfortable.

Pretty grounds. Kind of odd layout. Room was well decorated and modern interior. You could definitely hear people above you in room over ours. The beds were great.
