Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom was VERY VERY dirty. You could tell the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped in a very long time. Water was spilled and we cleaned it up and the towel was very dark from cleaning the floor. We also had a lot of hair that didn't belong to us in the bathroom. It's just nasty to have to deal with those types of simple issues when it's supposed to at least be cleaned in between guests.

United StatesHot tub was labeled as not working. At check out I mentioned we would not have picked this hotel if I had know the hot tub didn’t work. The price was a lot more than other similar hotels. My self and my son in the military both have current injuries that we looked forward to relaxing in a hot tub

United StatesStarbucks only open until 9:30am. Reservations lost when checking in. Resulting in room without reserved king bed. Fixed the next day. Breakfast sandwich at Bistro had zero taste. Alarm in room next door went off for 25 minutes, called desk. Once in lobby, the young man who handled it was rude and should of said "sorry for the inconvenience", rather it was like he blamed us. He was the worst part of our 4 night stay. He needs a job not involving customer service. I would not return simply to avoid him.

Customer Service: We found the interactions with the staff, particularly at the reception, to be less accommodating than anticipated. An instance that stood out was when I, due to my visual impairment, sought clarification on my room number and felt the response lacked the considerate communication we had hoped for. Breakfast Options: The breakfast variety was limited, predominantly featuring only scrambled eggs. While we understand staffing might dictate the service style, the mannerisms of the individual serving breakfast felt unorthodox, including an unexpected gesture for fist bumping. Efficiency in Service: We observed a noticeable delay in service across various hotel facilities without clear communication from the staff regarding the cause or the expected wait time, leading to an inconvenient guest experience. There were guests who complained that their room was found dirty and not cleaned after previous guests at all. Amenity Availability: There was a significant wait time to purchase beverages due to the attendant being preoccupied. This delay, especially without acknowledgement, impacted our convenience. Cleanliness of Facilities: The swimming pool's cleanliness did not meet our expectations, which detracted from our overall enjoyment of the hotel's amenities. Room Maintenance: The condition of the bathroom, particularly the bathtub, was unsatisfactory. It was not only visually unappealing but also functionally deficient, with improper drainage leading to water accumulation. There were also dozens of other little things that would take too much space to list here.

We had no ac the first night it was very hot the plugs in the room didn’t work we did not have the room clean even tho we ask for it to be clean the person that came to fix the ac put his work stuff on the bed we sleep in it wasn’t a good stay at all the the staff in the breakfast was awesome the cook was friendly and warm but my overall stay was terrible
