It was a little too warm at night.

We loved the location and proximity to alot of the places we visited. It was clean, and overall, a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing.

the male staff there at the reception wasn’t nice and accommodating when I arrived at the middle of the night. I feel like he was racist. But the ladies I met when I was checking in was very polite and respectful.

Apart from the property being in the center of the city, which is nice, the area the property was situated wasn’t.

A pinky size cockroach had visited my room and I encountered with it first thing in the morning (ugh, still itching). They sprayed the room and took the poor bug away but it ruined the experience for the following days. I couldn't use the shower bare feet because I didn't find the surface clean enough. Luckily I had my crocs with me. And the toilet clogged one time. Another thing was that my credit card and their POS simply could not communicate and the host did not accept any other form of payment, like cash. So I had to call someone from my community to help me out with the situation, while they extended my stay for one more day. The host did everything they could, so I only blame the banks and the POS machine. It was a bummer to have money and stress about not being able to pay.

It has a Kroger and a CVS next door. The hosts are smiling, understanding and helpful, I'm grateful for this. The place has wifi, coffee, snacks and a nice lounge. They printed some papers for me and there was room service every other day.

Bathroom cleaning was a little bit of a miss, still a lot of hair from a previous guest. No breakfast available, and Starbucks can only bill to the room so you can't get any on checkout day. Not the 'fun' area of Houston, so just be prepared to drive if you go downtown.

Very comfortable room and super nice hotel. Walking distance to Kroger. Starbucks in the lobby. Nice pool and workout facilities

The room was ok but there was an issue with the AC unit. I called the front desk and the rep stated she was with another and she would be right with me but never came back to the phone to assist.

THE RATE WAS CHANGED. WE HAD BOOKED FOR $74.00 FOR 1 NIGHT, THEN CHANGED TO 2 NIGHTS AND THE RATE WAS CHANGED TO $89.00 FOR BOTH NIGHTS. THE TOILET HAD A TERRIBLE RING THAT COULD NOT BE ERASED. WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS A HARD WATER ISSUE EVEN WHEN THE LADY TRIED TO CLEAN IT AGAIN. WE WERE AFRAID TO DRINK THE WATER.

BREAKFAST WAS SUPER. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE STAFF WAS SUPER. THEY WORKED WITH US ON THE WATER ISSUE IN THE BATHROOM. WE WERE ASSURED THAT THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN NOTED AND A SOLUTION WAS IN THE WORKS.

The towels were not thick and quite worn — I could tell the difference as the washcloths and hand towels were newer.

It’s close to my work when I need to go into the client. Easy Check-in and parking. Parking was inside a locked lot that room key opens.

the bath tub was the most uncomfortable tub to take a bath in. the back of the tub was straight up and down and hurt your back when taking a bath.

that we had to wait one hour after checkin time to actually check in

Ayesha at the front desk was exceptional! the housekeeping staff had not cleaned any of the rooms so she couldn't check a lot of us in. And there were people trying to get ready for the Taylor Swift concert!! Ayesha was very calm during the stress. she deserves a raise.

The only thing I didn't like was that the coffee in the room wasn't stocked. All they had was decaf ☹️

Older facility and it showed a little with the elevators and such but I really liked the modern styling in the renovation. The extended King room with the couch was very comfy. Nice styled room with desk, fridge, microwave and lots of USB ports and outlets all over the room. Nice touch with the large adjustable flat screen TV on the wall that you can turn it at any angle. Really great staff too! 😊

I went to the Starbucks cafe in the morning and couldn’t find a single employee anywhere. I waited at least 15 minutes before I left. ☹️
