Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Marriott can do much better for the price you charge! Yes the location is good/ convenient to everything, however the slamming of the doors in the middle of the night is unacceptable, the dirty bathroom is unacceptable, and the noise you hear from the room upstairs is definitely unacceptable for the price! The only reason I would stay here again is only it's convenient to me and my family that lives in that town! Otherwise, thumbs down to Marriott.

United StatesThe firepit wasn't working & according to other reviews, it hasn't been working since middle of December so I feel someone should get on getting it fixed cus paying over $200 for a room in the middle of January, my guests & I really wanted to utilize this but couldn't.

The pitdoor fireplace was also broken which was upsetting because we were mainly looking forward to ending our night relaxing outside by the fire.

United StatesWe visit this hotel 3-4 times a year with our oldest grandson. He is autistic and loves the hotel and local Dave and Busters. The staff is always very pleasant. This past visit "Miss Rita" at the front desk went above and beyond to communicate with our grandson. Although we are usually only here 1 night when we travel, we have always been very pleased with our stay. Looking forward to our next visit in the summer...this time we plan a longer visit!
