Very low hot water temperature. The night desk attendant was very rude when I explained to her that I had misplaced the key and requested one, since I had the other key inside the room. Not a good experience.

The location is perfect and the entire hotel was perfect too. The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. His name was Jakob.

The manager had nothing to say there is no one there that could help us with what happened and they failed us and our privacy. Completely horrible.

I love the location and the amenities. When we first booked and arrived we thought we were going to have the greatest experience until the end of the trip. On the morning of checkout day at 9 AM. We got a surprise visit from one of the housekeeping staff members. We were still asleep, and in our bed. We were awaken by the terrifying realization that someone was coming into our room unannounced. My husband jumped out of bed terrified that someone would come into the most private state we were in. We take our privacy very seriously and couldn’t understand why someone was coming in. Thankfully we had used the security lock and had help the unknown intruder from coming In. I quickly put on clothes and walked outside… I asked the lady at the door “ what was happening?”. She said in a broken English “no it’s okay… sorry”. I said what do you mean… she mentioned that front office had told her that the room was already checked out, and she had made a mistake. I said. “ That’s terrible misinformation and miscommunication from you all… this can not be happening. And went back to my room. Three seconds later, the phone was ringing, and my husband answered… he was asked if we were OK and that someone had reported an incident with one of the staff. my husband said we were OK. We were just really concerned about them walking in without knocking and waiting for an answer…. After experiencing such an unfortunate event, we gathered our belongings and made our way downstairs to check out….At check out I noticed a small note on the counter that stated “ my name And room #- yelled at house keeping staff.” Right when I thought things could’ve not gotten any worse. it was such a ridiculous thing because I realize in that instant that the housekeeping individual had reported the incident and reported that I had yelled at her instead of stating what she did: I am completely appalled, and completely disrespected by her actions. We had such a beautiful time until the end… unfortunate!!

They offered water bottles in the room a $ 5.00 a bottle. Water should be complimentary. I also didn't like not having a continental breakfast. There was a Starbucks where we could order breakfast, but they were out of everything. And they didn't accept Starbucks gift cards. So again, a negative, and I would choose the hotel across the road next time we travel through San Antonio.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I like that the toiletries are refillable and not the tiny single-use bottles. Kudos for that. The bed was comfortable, and the little couch and ottoman were a nice touch for T.V. watching.

When booking for a room let people know what kind of discounts are offered.

When checking in the clerk PUP helped us with a military discount which very helpful to us señors. We have stayed at this location a lot of times and will continue to stay here. Thank you

We purchased a half day at $100 rate and were rushed out of the room exactly at 5:30. We had four different staff members tell us our checkout was at 2 pm even after we purchased a half day rate. It was rude and unprofessional, especially because we paid extra.
