The TV kept freezing up on all channels. I told the office as soon as I got there, but nobody showed up to look at it. It was very irritating and I had to turn it off.

Everything was acceptable except the TV.

We were forced to leave a $25 deposit which I’ve never done before at that hotel but OK we left it and then our room was very clean when we left but the manager woman came in and accused us of smoking neither one of us smoke, and she would not give us back the deposit

Very disappointing reached at their previously years ago. The manager and owner were very kind and very nice when we stayed there. This was prior to Covid now the woman at the front desk and just exceptionally rude.

Nothing hardly worked. no ice machine was broke, the vending machine took my money and hotel wouldnt refund it, I had to keep restarting the heater as it would get cold and run real loud day and night. the internet wifi was constantly in and out which made it hard to do my work on my laptop. holes in the walls every where, no closet. the one little shelf on the wall with a clothes hanger was broke hanging half out of the wall. I will never stay there again.

the bed had memory foam mattress and was comfortable, I liked the extra big desk to do all of my studying and computer work for school, it was quiet, big freezer on the refrigerator, most hotels dont have freezers. the big walk in shower.

I picked this location because it offered breakfast when I booked it and when I arrived there was nothing and that was disappointing and large amounts of trash at the entrances that smell bad and was drawing bugs to it. We are talking about at least 15 bags of garbage in hot Texas Sun

My flooring was coming up. The toilet was leaking. The doors didn’t open half broke. The smoke detector was just hanging from the Ceiling. Grown people just laying down in the hall way on the floor.

was offered a smaller room and told it would be cheaper and paid $2 more. I also was told if I didn’t book using the app the night before my next stay that I had to pay the properties daily price of $70. one bed is 57. two bed is 55 on this app and if i don’t use and pay cash on site it’s $70. make it make sense.

The upfront deposit that is not specified on the booking for the rooms. If you don't have 25 dollars and you've already made a reservation and booked...you are screwed! No refunds at all. But if you do have 25 dollars in cash...you are in luck but if you pay with your card...then good luck...it will take Forever to get it back. No holds. They charge your card.

Pretty sketchy place, feels like the kind of place people go to do illegal activities. Has a bit of a twilight zone atmosphere. Overall grody in terms of cleanliness. There’s a lack in staff as well, felt like I was the only one in the hotel, not in a good way.

The maintenance guy was nice, the wifi was okay and the room was also okay - you get what you pay for. At least they had working wifi, that being said I was one of a few residents and if there had been more the wifi would likely have slowed significantly.
