We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesTv didn’t work in my parents room. The staff said they would get it fixed or get them a different one but never came back to replace it . Also no elevator and they put elderly people on the second floor where they had to do the stairs. Not in the best part of town.

United StatesOutside noise too much! Music at night from outside. Room had bad odor. Some lights weren’t working at the room. I stayed six nights and didn’t get cleaning services even once. Breakfast was poor.
The bed was comfortable and the room size was great. The staff was nice, they left me check in earlier and check out an hour late, which was very kind of them.

IndiaLitter all over the place. Lot of people drinking and playing cards in the parking lot. Didn’t feel comfortable. Breakfast was such a joke, this breakfast maintenance guy comes at 9:04am and starts cleaning and removing stuff even though we were still eating and seemed very rude. Staff was good and wished well but the neighborhood looked pretty scary and unsafe.

Also, the continental breakfast that is advertised on their website ended up being only waffles and cornflakes and there wasn't even any juice left.

MexicoThe staff is not overly friendly. The room has not been renovated for a long time. Appliances, furniture and plumbing are old and falling apart. For some reason, breakfast ends too early - just before 9 am, and we were not warned about this. The price is too high for such terrible quality.
The only good thing about this hotel is its convenient location.

CanadaHair/pubic hairs all over the hairdryer (yes, I have a photo). This made us uncomfortable and despite the rest of the room being fairly clean, we didn't want to touch anything else. Also, gross grease stains where a head might rest on the headboard if one was sitting up on the bed. No continental breakfast as advertised. We were given a brown bag that contained a horrendous piece of cold ?chicken and a slice of "cheese" in a pita shell in a plastic package , and a very dry fruit turnover that was inedible. The neighborhood felt unsafe and when we later checked online about the safety of the area we were horrified to learn that 89% of the country had a better crime rate that where that location is. Scary that we brought my young family there not knowing this. Very disappointed.
The staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Advertised continental breakfast in the morning. Got there it was closed as was the gym. Door lock was barely holding together. Not a family friendly place. And for that price I would never ever stay again
