Pool was out of order, loud bathroom fan, the doorknob to the bathroom did not lock, the bathroom knobs were so loose that you could see into the bathroom from around the door knob. TV turns on but no channels available. Slow draining sink, Pillows were not full size. Felt like a $39 room at a $168 dollar price.

Pool and spa were closed for renovations- yet no work being done. It just all looked abandoned. The breakfast was coffee and oatmeal packets. Only one coffee packet in room - for two people to share I guess.

Pool closed bathroom door wouldn’t close $50 deposit which has not been returned in a week. The price of a room on the internet doesn’t match what I was charged and that’s false advertising and I couldn’t get a senior discount. Very disappointing. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Pool was closed. Nothing like I expected. Pillows are flat and hard.

Staff, the floors are so nice without the carpet.

For over a year now the pool hasn’t been available, because in my opinion the owner is a cheapskate. A year of advertising a pool and hot tub and not having either is poor business management and it falls on the owner and I can’t think of a single reason for staying there again. I have NEVER left a bad review that wasn’t called for. Most often I just don’t write one on the bad ones but people need to know how crappy this hotel is and the false advertisement that continues.

--Swimming pool under maintenance - couldn't go to it. --No spa -- No good view from window --Clean laundry was replaced only in the morning. Had to ask for clean towel replacement in late morning. --Elevator floor was dirty one day --Small refrigerator was noisy at times. --One room entry card didn't work the 3rd day there. I had it changed at the front desk.

The location to go where I wanted. I got a wake-up call in the morning. Slept well on king size bed.

The room was really dated. Paper thin sheets, trash left in the room from the prior occupant. 2 towels for a room with 3 beds. The beds were pretty rough. No Continental breakfast as advertised. Juice, coffee and a small number of granola bars were all that was provided. We were told of this at check in, but the amenities listed on booking were not as described.

The location of the property and layout of the room were excellent. The staff (Tau) was very friendly and professional.

Had to get minimum towels etc foe party. They only supplied 1 towel. Forv 2 beds occupants. Had To ask fir additional coffee packets the next day from note to housekeeping. Front desk informed me theu only supplied per room ??? They 2 styrofoam cups but 3rd day left 1 ued cup .. no new ones. Also note.. facility requires additional $ deposit upon check in.

the grave yard staff. morning staff was good. The TV didn’t work very well. I kept cutting out and lost picture couldn’t watch my movie. It was a little smelly in the hallways the rooms.

They could have provided what they advertised.

This is the problem! I booked this reservation because it included breakfast which was NOT provided. Only coffee and juice. Complained to the manager, who maintained that coffee was breakfast. Please scrutinized this businesses who are falsely advertising. I made the decision to book this site because of what they advertised they provided!
