We loved the location. It was close to the highway and close to town as well. Our room had just been renovated and everything was new. Breakfast was great.

I selected to pay for the 2 rooms at the hotel for the $320 CAD shown in the offer. Instead I was automatically charged $365.30 CAD that was the fee if I wanted to pay in advance using Booking.com. I believe I should get a refund of $45.30 CAD because that was not my choice of payment.

The hotel was available when we needed it. Also, the room was very good considering the renovations happening around. We also liked the breakfast prepared for us.

We had to completely turn off the heater/AC unit. Actually we had to unplug it as it went on and off and clicked so loudly that we were unable to sleep. So, being too tired to sort out actually getting it to stay off, after two tries and up and down, we unplugged it. The next morning, we plugged it in and let the room warm up.

We were traveling on a budget and this motel had an ok rating so we took it. It was far better than the rating of 7.1 with clean rooms, good beds and linens and upgraded towels. They were not cheap in just leaving two towels in a room for 2, but 4, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was the usual, but actually for the cost of the motel, was quite good.

Due to a renovation, we had to go outside to access the pool and breakfast. Not much fun in 30 degree weather!

Big room with extra room for couch and chair in front of the tv. Room updated and nice. Nice pool and spa. Great breakfast with good coffee. Staff friendly and responsive.

A section on both the first and second floors was under construction that meant walking outside in cold weather to get to the lobby and breakfast room.

We had an elderly man. We were given a second floor. Had to go steps. No elevator. He had to stop a few times to make it up. Shortness of breath.

Satellite and room phone didn't work. When I called the front desk, the lady seemed like there was nothing they could do or double charge me for another room. Eventually we got it to work. The lady at the front desk seemed exasperated the whole time we were there. I get being stressed but letting the customers see it is another thing. To be fair though I think they were severely understaffed, which is in no way her fault. Day 2 at the pool they had floomats instead of towels due to cleaning staff not doing laundry... really? Honestly, I would've given this hotel a perfect score if the customer service hadn't been lacking. However, they all seemed nice, just stretched thin. Perhaps bad management? All in all, I had a good experience and will be coming back. Hope next time is better

through the wall ventilation was weird old. loud. was erratically off and on. Thought the $125 was a bit high. Staff was not super knowledgeable about local eateries but all were accommodating as much as possible.

having heated pool and spa was a bonus. another bonus was we had both to ourselves. Breakfast set up with hot food appreciated too. Coffee was funny.... the 24 hour coffee by front desk was more robust than the weaker coffee in breakfast room.

Having an Elevator would be great, Carrying my big cooler was an effort for me.

Nice Comfortable room. The hotel is 1 hour from the Grand Canyon's south entrance. The breakfast was good. There is no Elevator. if you have heavy luggage I suggest getting a ground floor room.
