Parking lot is very small & crowded, difficult to maneuver in and out of parking spots. The bed was lumpy, so I didn’t get much rest during my stay.

Good location for the purpose of my trip, easy access to major highways. The room was very clean & the AC worked great.

Clean and quiet overnight stay for my family and pup. This hotel has one of the lowest pet fees I found and doesn’t charge for parking. I compared many similar hotels in this particular area and this ended up being the best overall price. Friendly staff and spacious clean rooms.

Room was very far away from the front desk or the main door. If you forgot something in your room you had to go all the way to the other side of the building all over again! Room arrangements is not practical for young kids, elderly or anyone with mobility issues! Front desk needs to tell guest upfront, how far away the room is, so the guest has a chance to change their mind!

We were a bit disappointed they did not have a hot tub, but we would definitely stay here again.

We wanted a place near the airport so we worried about noise, but it seemed sound proofed to us. After a week on the road, the laundry facilities were convenient and their complimentary coffee was very good.

Had some trouble with the billing. We traveled with friends who were paying for their room separately even though I made the booking. Unfortunately their room for the two day stay was charged to me. Took a bit of phone time straightening this out.

We were given a handicap accessible room with a shower that had no slope to keep the water in the shower. It sloped toward the other wall and door. When exiting the shower, found that there was standing water over the majority of the bathroom and the clothes left on the floor were soaked. Second shower attempt was not as bad due to laying towels along the shower but still resulted in water all the way to the door.

Location was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Parking is tight. Cost to convenience was ok in comparison to the bigger name hotels nearby. The company charges the fee instead of pending it so that it means waiting and checking on a daily on the fee clearing your credit card. The staff were not explanatory. The room is stuffy and still smelled like smoke.

The small kitchen in the room was handy. I did not need the stove top but the refrigerator and microwave came in handy. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean but stuffy. The exercise room was handy

When I checked in, the amount of paperwork I had to sign was practically me renting out the room. There were a long list of Rules with a pet (which all ended with threats to kick you out or fine you). Rules just as a guest that involved a fine or threats to kick you out, signs everywhere reminding you of the rules and policies (on the exits, on your microwave, on your desk, on the back of your room door...elevator...). They gave you an additional small piece of paper with your room key reminding you again of the rules of the property. Staying here left me with so much anxiety that I was going to break one of their many policies. The Wifi was patchy and the exit door keyless entry was broken so any time you used the Pet Door, you had to walk around the property into the main entrance....you are not allowed to prop the door open (even though its broken) because that would involve you getting kicked out or fined...per the sign on the door). I travel 2 weeks out of the month across all of the PNW, this is the first time in 4 years that I truly did not enjoy my stay, won't return and won't recommend. I've stayed at this brand before in Idaho and had zero issue...so it leads me to believe this is a management issue.
