Hotel advertises environmental awareness however plastic cups inside room that were wrapped in plastic. Bed not bad but less comfortable than others during my trip.

Bathroom a tad out of date but still a nice hotel room!

Room was large and location to universal was fantastic! Bed was comfy as well. During this trip, we stayed at 2 hotels and this was the preferred hotel.

No complaints

Front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast buffet hit the spot. Had a great time at your bar. Ice cream in the sweet shop was great every night. Valet was great.

All of the elevators were not working. It was a wait sometimes. One day, I had to walk down the stairs from the 7th floor in order not to miss the bus to Universal Studios. The ice machine on the floor I was on didn't work. Nor did the one on the floor above me.

The rooms were clean. The hotel common areas were clean. The luggage hold was a great asset. There is a Universal Sudios desk where you can buy discount tickets & get information about the parks. We loved the salesperson, Denise. She was great with advice.

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly, no housekeeping and the pool bar was closed the whole weekend for some reason.

I didn't like how I paid $30.00 to park... and I spoke with the people at the front desk and they said I would receive a refund for that.

I liked how convenient everything was. Rooms were nice, water was hot. And the fridge was cold!

Only one elevator was working on the first day and it took forever to go from floor 9 to the lobby.

The staff was super friendly. Props to Vinny who was the greatest waiter ever!!! Also the location was just what we needed.

Room needed refurbishing. Would have been nice to have been given bottles of water on arrival instead of which we had to pay 10 dollars for the water

We found a small blood stain on the bed comforter. It looked like it had been washed before and was very small but attention to detail is important. The cost of breakfast was a bit high. It was good but you can likely find better values around the area.

The value was good and location to city walk/universal was great. We loved the pool, the courtyard and having a starbucks on site. We had a spacious king room with a view of the park.

Staff promised services that were not provided and then when inquiring as to why I wouldn’t receive what I was promised they had a negative attitude towards me. More specifically, when I first checked in I asked if they had any discount for medical providers or AAA members (which I am both) and the woman at the check-in desk said she would give me half off of parking. However, when I checked out I didn’t receive the discount that I was told I would get. When I mentioned this at checkout they said they could not honor it in a rude manor that was extremely off putting. Not only did the staff fail to follow through with their words but also the rude attitude I was treated with makes me question whether I would stay here again or recommend it to others. When I initially inquired about the discount I would have been fine if they were just honest with me and told me “no”, but instead I was essentially lied to and then talked down to so for that I am disappointed as a guest.
