I didn’t feel like housekeeping done a good job on cleanup the room i rented 2 rooms and they should have been clean better my bathroom had a lot of left over hair in it

The location was great. The hidden fees i didn’t like my room smells like smoke and behind my toilet I had a lot of hair I didn’t like that at all need a deep cleaning the whole hotel

I had my sister go to the front desk to get towels from the front desk. The attendee was very rude on Sunday morning at 2am; we had come in from the 7 my sister had to state my full name and room number. If I ask for towels for room 243, then why should zi have to state a full name..

This DoubleTree location was terrible. My bathroom was way too dirty. I also “spot” clean when I stay in a hotel but this room needed a full deep cleaning. The food was terrible. The towels were so hard they hurt my skin - needed to go and buy new towels. My bathroom floor looked like it had not seen a mop in months!

Excellent hotel. Very greeting staff. Bartender was very good 👍. Really enjoyed the atmosphere at this location. We will definitely be returning. Location was definitely perfect for the areas we were attending.

The water was cold, on the second day there was no cookies which is one of things Doubletree us known for. Granted, I did mistakenly cancel my bookings through the hotel with a special rate code and then when I got to the hotel there were rooms available, but they did not give me the special code even though I was with the large group. So I booked third party trying to get a better rate because one of the staff members informed me that it would be cheaper so I did. The rate that is on me email receipt and what is on the receipt that the hotel printed is $105 difference and the lady at check out could not and did not accommodate me.

The receptionists had attitude and were generally unhelpful. We had to ask 3 times to have our room serviced and it finally happened on the last day when we asked one of the cleaning staff if they could help. We had previously asked 3 times at reception. Our confirmation from booking.com clearly indicated that all taxes were included but they still included these in our final bill and said we would have to take it up with booking.com.

Breakfast was OK. Dinner was way overpriced for the quality of the food. The bus to the airport was good but coming back was a problem and we had to catch a cab twice.

The air didn’t work. Neither did the tv. Bath water leaked all night. No trash can in the bathroom. None of the ice machines worked except in 1 floor. Staff said we were annoying her because we asked about extra towels and wash cloths because we only had one set for 2 people.

The hosts were not very hospitable, they were short when answering questions and seemed unenthused. The shower would not get very hot and they said someone was coming to fix it but no one ever came. The furniture appeared old and worn. There were dirt stains in the corners of the bathroom. The tv would not function properly. Very little parking.

The bed was fine. The location worked for my needs. Valet was friendly.
