One of the staff members opened my door, didn’t even knock- to clean when I didn’t even check out yet and was not even close to my check out time.

Room is basically dirty it was totally outdated. The light was blown out over the sink. The toilet wouldn’t flush the bed was caved in in the middle. The door was broken property is basically in disrepair and needs some serious updating.

There hasn't been breakfast there, since the pandemic. Advertising it is an outright lie. The fridge & Wifi didn't work.

the room is severely overdo for remodeling it smelled terrible, the light was flickering when it was turned on bugs all over the curtains black mold in the bathroom

Very outdated. Microwave worked intermittently. Bathroom door didn't close. Tv remote didn't work. Phone not hooked up. Housekeeping bagged up all our stuff and left curtains open and didn't clean even though we had one more night. Front desk guy had a "stank" attitude.

It was just very dirty. Didn't feel comfortable walking in the bathroom or bedroom without shoes. Stains on blankets and couches. Asked for a new room as first one had cigarette burns in the blankets. Was given new room but couch had gross stains. Sheets appeared unwashed. Slept on top of covers with my own blanket bc of this. It was too late to find other accommodations. Sign showed they were looking for more cleaning staff but the conditions were just uncomfortable No breakfast served. Sign stated due to covid. This information wasn't available upon booking.

It was very disappointing... The room wasn't clean at all and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also, the WiFi isn't available in all the rooms, from what we understood... Even if it doesn't seem to be expensive, it is still way overpriced, for what you get...

The days I had booked for March 1st to March 3rd. I was told he had no reservations for those days for after I had traveled there from Erie Pa. That trip was over 400 miles by car and took me over 7hrs. I will never use this Days Inn again. Very Disappointed and Upset and all he good do is say is sorry

Rooms need to be updated. All old furniture and covers for the bedding. When I asked for breakfast they said it was closed. I won't be staying there anymore.

The room had repair marks on the walls where repairs had been made and wasn't painted over when the repairs were completed. The bathroom fan made noises that a fan shouldn't be making. The safe DID NOT WORK! The refrigerator was warm and did not keep my food COLD and will have to be thrown out! :( The hot water never got hot!! Luke warm at best!! The room price was INFLATED to take advantage of events being hosted in the town that weekend. (All hotels in the area did likewise I'm told.

The location was convenient for the event I was attending. Not much more I can say that I liked other than the TV worked perfectly!!
