Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Kickback dinner & breakfast was great! Family enjoyed the room & pool/hot tub! All employees I encountered were A1/TOP TIER! WE WILL BE BACK! Couldn't afford a big spring break vacation. My mother passed & we had the funeral earlier that week. So, I decided we would go a couple of hours down the road for a lil getaway. The family wants to make it a monthly trip.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice pillows, great meals and complimentary drinks. The staff was very welcoming and polite. Had a room open for overflow during meals. Close to the airport.

United StatesThe only thing that I found was the tiny fridge in the room. It had no freezer compartment. We left a day early due to that as we had food for our dog for a week that thawed out. We didn't ask hotel but heard afterwards they would have stored our food for us.
Very nice upscale hotel to us. Comfortable nice bedding, very clean, excellent staff. They had good filling breakfast with room to spread out. There was a snack, actually a full meal, offered in the evening absolutely Free with drinks. We saved on going out for dinner.
