Our toilet didn't flush very well. We had to keep taking the top off and fiddling with it.

I loved the upgrades made to the rooms since I was there last. Very nice.

I didn’t like that that always smell like smoke and the first night it actually smelled like marijuana. And the smell of marijuana came your room the first night making it very difficult to sleep.

The location was a great location. It’s right next to a restaurant and a gas station. It was easy to get onto the interstate.

Not close to downtown despite what it says. But it is walking distance to Ursa Minor Brewery which is well worth the visit. Just not close to the rest of the town. Beds were also not at all comfortable

This is the cheapest deal in Duluth. It was clean but sometimes you get what you pay for.

There was some sticky stuff on the floor in our room so I assume that wasn’t cleaned. You can hear every little sound being on the first floor and there is a gap in the bottom of the door that leads to the hallway.

The front desk staff were nice and the value for the room was good. I like that you needed key access to get out of the lobby and into the hallways with the rooms.

The Room was very clean however, the Motel is quite dated and I have to say I was very shocked about the bed in the first room we booked into, it kind of like an Army Cot but bigger. I had to kinda chuckle when we first arrived, but all in all it was a place to lay our head and I have to say it was extremely clean. Most of all Your Staff is AMAZING!!! So friendly... ALL OF THEM AND VERY HELPFUL. :) Your Motel was 99.9% Better than what we stayed at in Las Vegas!!! At least what you say on your website is 100% TRUE!! We Stayed at 1 of the Top Hotels in Vegas - it didn't have a Coffee Maker or Microwave!!!! I have yet to sit and compose myself to write my review on that Hotel, but I can assure you it WILL NOT BE FAVORABLE!!!

My first original room practically the toilet handle was busted and the toilet continued to run. I called up the front desk told the girl about it. She told me to come down and she would exchange my room upgraded to one that had a microwave my one before did not

Room was large, beds were good and the bathroom was fine. It served our purpose of getting a few hours sleep. Accessing it from the interstate was difficult due to road construction.

At first was given a one bed room when specifically reserved a two bed room. When brought to their attention, was moved quickly and apologizes were given. Room was quite large but smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke and the bathroom was a bit scuzzy.

My first room was dirty. It wasn’t even clean. I had to go back down to the front desk to get a different room and then they didn’t have any more smoking room so I had to put me down smoking room which I did not like.

the 2 entry doors to get into our side of the hotel were broken so we had to go all the way to the other side to get in and out. Bathroom needs updated and the shower did not look clean

It has a terrible smell in hallway and in the room. I had a very hard time tolerating that. When we left this morning, the front office smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. For these reasons, we will not return.

Room was dirty, and when i asked for a discount, room comped, or some money back upon the booking of a 2nd room for the night i was ignored and billed for my 2nd room in full. i took pics of the dirty room. Im really disapointed with the hotel for not doin anything or valuing of me as a customer who stays here frequently.. why should i have to pay full price to stay in a dirty room? Thats terrible customer appriciation.. i would like my money back for one of the rooms, i have pictures of the garbage on the floor and under the beds.

Breakfast was the best part and staff were wonderful till i asked for a discount or my room comped because of my room bein dirty
