This was by no means a deal breaker, but if you wanted to cook your own meals, you had to plan to pick up groceries in West Yellowstone. The only stores near Eagle Ridge were mobile marts that were part of gas stations. Just plan ahead and you’ll be fine!

We had our own fully furnished modern cabin with a living room, kitchenette, private bedroom, bath with shower, gas grill, and hot tub! All for a fraction of the cost of higher end rooms in West Yellowstone. There was also horse back riding available as well as a small lake for swimming, boating, and catch and release fishing. The quiet serenity after a day fighting traffic and jockeying for parking in Yellowstone was simply wonderful. Please note it is a 30-35 minute ride to the west entrance to the park, but it is a easy jaunt. The owner who checked us in personally was very nice. This little gem was a highlight of our trip!!

Cute cabin. Loved the hot tub on the front porch! Went swimming with the family and played with all the water toys. Got to pet the horses≥ Great place to stay. Would stay longer

Everything was great except that the beds were not comfortable. Yet it was awesome experience to stay in the nature.

The cabin, decor, the location, and kids liked the hot tub out side of the cabin....

I went for the water play. The water play pond was extremely bad. I did not get in for fear of contracting a disease. One lady found a leach on her leg when she got out of the water.

The cabin was very clean & comfortable

I don’t even want to complain about this property because we loved it! However, the hot tub had too much bleach. We got in, and quickly back out. Having our own hot tub at home, we know it can be difficult to get the right balance, but too much bleach is uncomfortable!! We also recommend a higher water temp. It was set at 95….maybe at least 98.6 or 100-101 in summer.

These cabins are well built with contemporary features. For the size of our cabin, thought the bathroom was large, well stocked with towels. The kitchen, though small, had everything we needed except an oven. We grilled a pizza on the outdoor grill the first night. The grill was so nice to have, right on the porch. I liked the style of the cabin, the well built sturdy furniture. I think the owners have made great use of the space. The decor is cute, cabin style. There are lots of hooks to hang your backpacks, bags etc. the bathroom had 4 extra hooks for towels as well as wooden shelving near the sink. The bedroom had a dresser and a hang-on-the-wall closet. For a small place, you have room for most things. The kitchen had no cabinets for pantry items. We brought a big 31 bag with our pantry items and placed it on the tall stool next to the counter area. This worked well.

WiFi was bad. Satellite tv was not working. We didn’t care too much about it because we weren’t there to watch tv or be on our devices anyway.

Best stay along our road trip by far. There is a pond on the property you can canoe or paddle boat swim etc. and there is horseback riding. Cabin was gorgeous. Sat in the spa on the porch. Amazing place.

Nothing negative to say about this location. What was already mentioned was that it is about 10 minutes away from any kind of grocery store, so that's about it.

The location was wonderful! We were within a reasonable distance from Yellowstone National Park. The site was so nice that many of our family members preferred to hang out at the Ranch rather than head back into Yellowstone for the last few days. The ponds were so much fun to play in, and the paddle boats, the canoes, and paddle boards made the experience so enjoyable for all the children. The owners/staff were so kind and helpful! We truly enjoyed our time there.

Owner is super grumpy - zero customer service skills. Accused my husband of purposely speeding to hit his children who were riding around on 4-wheelers by themselves without helmets. Noticed a clump of hair - not ours - floating in the hot tub after we got out our second night which was gross. We were planning to bring our kids back and stay again but not after the owner was so rude or the icky hot tub. We’ve stayed at The Pines cabins down the road and they are classier and less expensive. Plus The Pines staff are really friendly and helpful. That’s where we’ll be taking our business in the future.

Cute little cabin with no frills basics. Nice to have a private hot tub. Saw some deer from our porch.

Signs everywhere instructing guests on the need to wash dishes and put out trash. Pity that the same emphasis wasn't put on cleaning the dead bugs out of the window sills and providing toiletries, which were listed on booking.com but not present.

Place well signposted and direction instructions provided prior to arrival.

Hot tub was slimy. I think the PH levels were off.

It was definitely a ranch feel. It’s a place we will come back to with our whole family! But the accommodations we had were great. Took a row boat out and fished. So fun haven’t had an opportunity to row a boat in 15+ years.
