The hosts were amazing and accommodating from check in to check out. The sheets felt like butter and the breakfast to die for! The property is beautiful both inside and out. You can tell they most definitely care about their guests. Will definitely be back!!

The home was very easy to find and there was ample parking. The host were super sweet, welcoming and had great tips on things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee bar and pantry were well stocked. The conversations flowed well and the ambiance was beautiful.

The breakfast was great. We only stayed one night but it was nice. We enjoyed the luxurious room and the home cooked breakfast. We would go again when the occasion comes up again. It was near a lot of attractions like malls, pretzel making history.

The Christmas decorations made it feel very cozy and the fabulous breakfast made by Scott each morning. They make sure to tailor everything to your likes.

The owners are delightful. Very kind and helpful. They gave me great ideas of places to go and wonderful directions for a covered bridge driving tour. Breakfast was fantastic everyday. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There is also a beautiful garden to enjoy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything. The checking in process was thorough, the owners super nice and fun, the rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was absolutely wonderful. I loved the eating together vibe with Scott and Diane pulling a chair to enjoy the guests in their cozy and super accommodating home. Just A+ all the way around. After several trips to Lancaster, this is the place we will make our regular place to stay. Thanks guys we will see you next year!

The property was beautiful and the ground’s provided a much needed sanctuary. Everything was very well maintained and the property was immaculate.

We requested the second floor since no rooms are on the first floor. We were concerned about carrying our heavy luggage up the flight of stairs, but Scott now only carried our suitcases up the stairs but also down the stairs when we were ready to leave. So we really have nothing to complain about!

Breakfast each morning was a work of art on the part of the inn keepers Scott and Diane. They announced briefly the ingredients of their dishes and then after serving us sat down to visit with the guests. Diane was very helpful in guiding us in our explorations of the area including downtown Lititz. (The B&B is located several miles away.) Their son had prepared a driving tour of covered bridges which took us into the countryside.

It is a beautiful, well kept home. The garden is also lovely, with comfortable seating. Our room was well supplied with everything we could possibly need. It was also very nicely decorated. And the shower was great!

The location between Lancaster and Lititz is good, but the road is very busy, and entering and exiting the property takes skill.

This is THE place to stay in Lancaster for discerning adults. In addition to top quality building, furnishings, food and hosts, it has a fantastic GARDEN. A guest can sit amidst greenery, flowers, birds and a fish pond and just take it all in. I spent hours relaxing and reading outside.

Extremely well-kept and super clean. The innkeepers Scott & Diane were lovely and breakfast was gourmet. We looked forward to breakfast each morning and meeting all the interesting guests. A safe location and easy and convenient parking. We already booked our next stay!

We had a great stay over my husband's birthday. The B & B is in a great central location to visit attractions in the Lancaster area. The host, Scott, his wife was on vacation, was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful too. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.
