I paid $29 through Booking.Com for a 10:00am check in. Embassy Suites couldn’t see anything on their end. They wanted another $29 to allow early check in. We weren’t happy but we said yes. They then said they didn’t have any rooms ready and it was 3:00pm. BTW, they advised us not to use Booking.Com and call them direct next time. They offered us a bottled water for our inconvenience. Indifferent check in service at best. They almost seemed amused that we were unhappy and having to sit in the lobby after a four hour drive

Breakfast was good. Bacon was hard to find. They had it at the omelette station so if u weren’t getting an omelette you didn’t know they had it until you saw it on someone else's plate.

We had to pay additional fee to park. I specifically looked for a hotel with a hot tub and there was one in the picture, but when we went down it was only a pool and we saw a cockroach walking around by the pool, yuck!

The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The breakfast bar and happy hour were excellent. Check in and out was easy. The property is beautiful.

Small TVs in room. Sofa bed did not have set of sheets when we arrived but were delivered within 15 minutes of a text.

Good size room. Free drinks when we got there before 7pm. Free breakfast. Big pool. Rooms could use a bigger tv for sure. 32 inch is outdated. Hotel clean and upscale. Kids loved it. All Staff very friendly.

My kids mentioned that the pool was salty tasting, and burned their eyes. Not sure if that’s normal or if the chemicals were off but it did prevent them from spending more time there.

The staff were amazing and extremely attentive. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed the omelette station. The evening happy hour was a nice addition to our stay as well. While the property is dated it was very clean and well maintained. The lock on our door needed to be replaced on the second day and the maintenance worker came right away, it was fixed quickly. The front desk staff (Isabella) checked in daily via text message simply to check on our stay. This was a great way to communicate any questions or concerns. Isabella was wonderful and always kind and helpful!

I think this just comes with the territory and it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, there were several baseball and softball teams staying in the hotel so it was very noisy. We did have one issue with some loud people next to us at night after 10p. It was difficult to sleep. Again, that couldn’t be helped and wasn’t the hotel’s fault but was frustrating for us.

The room and location were nice. The staff was outstanding!

Their pool was closed down and that’s the only reason we got the hotel room. It was for my son’s bday party. We just wanted to swim but it was closed unfortunately. The staff didn’t tell us this. Kids got their swimsuits on and headed to the pool and saw a note on the door that it was closed. Very disappointed in that.

It was big and clean for the most part. Loved the reception from 5:30-7pm.

There isn’t a spa as advertised. The WiFi didn’t work on the upper floors that myself & friends were staying on. You also are charged nightly for parking, regardless if you have a car parked in the parking lot or not.

We absolutely LOVED how attentive, helpful, and welcoming the staff were . The breakfast is top tier ! Great location, pretty quiet . The complimentary happy hour was such a vibe. Loved the atmosphere!

The pool was unavailable. However we were able to walk a short distance to the nearest hotel to access the pool.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very spacious. The happy hour was an added bonus. It was worth the money spent!! The breakfast was amazing!!

The way the Buffay is set up, needs to be improved on the sausages were not very good. the bacon was fine difficult to get to, and you only had one person on at the omelette station in a line that was almost to the front desk

excellent staff I am a person with bad arthritis your staff made sure that I ate they brought my food to the room so I would not have to walk to the grill when I call them they were always courtesy and attentive to my needs
