The bathroom didn't have enough towels for our guests and the shower curtain rod was broken. Some dirtier areas in the corners of the bathroom that should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Location is perfect for airport access and trips to the Philly sports stadiums. The breakfast was great and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful!

Moldy shower curtain. Burn holes in carpet. Some lights not working. Ran out of tissues. Poor WiFi on third floor. Too far from decent restaurants (Ruby Tuesday was the only thing close by, and the menu isn’t vegetarian-vegan-GF-DF friendly). Expensive dinner and not worth the $$$. Dinner: Slow, inattentive service because of understaffing. Terrible space issues at dinner time/happy hour. While I was eating, I was surrounded by people waiting to get to the bar. I never saw anything for the made-to-order omelette station at breakfast.

Proximity to airport. Shuttle bus. Front desk staff. Dinner server (friendly but overworked—she had too much to do = understaffed). Bottled water at check-in. Early check-in/late checkout.

Our room smelled like majuarana and this was disappointing after such a great first time visit previously.

I loved the breakfast selections, it was delicious! I loved the walk in shower and the pillows were so comfy.

The pool wasn’t clean at all. We didn’t go in. Staff was always talking to each other not paying attention to guests.

Actually, had an issue with the first room plumbing with Shower & Sink; the bottom of the bathroom door was also damaged and really needed replacing, unfortunately had to call several times before receiving assistance from a repair person and once he came finally, was assigned to another room which was kept up much better in bathroom and room was pretty nice. Truly was not happy about the $25 parking fee either.

The Breakfast was great was able to get the service from the Chef and had a great Omelet, Turkey Sausage and fried potatoes; that was definitely a plus. Only recommend that staff try to clean the tables off more frequently, after previous guest usage.

Some of the furniture and fixtures were a little worn. For example a chair with scratches and the shower curtain rod & rings. Everything was clean and nothing terribly wrong, just noticeable wear and tear in places.

Location to the airport and ease of access to highways was perfect. All the staff was fantastic. I like the room design that has a living room and bedroom separation element and that a mini-fridge and microwave are automatically included. Plenty of parking which did come at a day rate of $20 but it was relatively inexpensive. Also I like the design of the interior with the glass elevators, plants, etc. that is pretty consistent with Embassy Suites branded hotels.

You were not accommodating to patrons that have to leave early and not able to have a breakfast as it is inclusive in the price. It would have been lovely to be offered a carry away something, Sandwich at least. Specially when your traveling with children. Other that told you can use you $100 in the shop. On arrival, your offered Chips and water.

It was great to be picked up at the airport and dropped off. Regular service. Excellent 👌 It was also good that this could be used to facilitate journeys to get the train to the city Also able to get local bus.

One of the door keys did not work but only needed one. Breakfast cook to order location not clearly marked. Depending on how you walked in, you may not see it. Buffet eggs and potatoes were cold. Unclear where to drop off dishes or leave on table? Asked an attendant and got a rude answer. We are not a restaurant were a hotel and pointed to the trash bin and just leave your plate on a counter or table. One of the reasons I pick hotels is for a hassle free breakfast when in a new area.

Quick easy check in and out. Did receive water ( and chocolate) at checking but water was warm - but still ok.

The restaurant was packed with only 2 servers working. Most places are understaffed these days so nothing out of the ordinary, unfortunately. It took about an hour to get our food so I sent my kids back up to the room during the wait.

Trash 🗑 cans needed outside of facility. Trash was thrown on the ground 😒 Replace toilets with ADA toilets. Current toilet is too low for adults.
