Amazing area! Beautiful and close to the Big Org Yosemite entrance. The stuff were super nice and helped us in whatever we needed. The food in the restaurant is great.

There is no light when it is dark perhaps having some light along the roads will be great and safer

We love the location and the room. Please note, the property is outside of the main Yosemite Park and is about 40 min away by car. We didn't mind. The property is quite near the Hetch Hetchy reservoir. Only 1 % of the park visitors make it to the reservoir. We took advantage of the nearness and visited the reservoir one late afternoon.

We didn't have much hot water one evening - only one of us could take a shower. The next morning the water was hot again.

Really great quiet location, close to Yosemite national park. Facilities were really good, swim and hot tub at the end of a day hiking were a bonus. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

For us it was absolutely no problem, but for some might be that there is no TV in the lodge? ;)

This was our overall favourite stay during our California trip! The Evergreen Lodge is the most amazing cozy place we have ever seen. Perfectly after a wild hiking trip in the Yosemite Nationalpark the Evergreen helps you to recreate in every single manner. We have been there in the winter time just before the first snow and it was so wonderful. We loved every single detail in the lodge and as well in the whole park area of Evergreen. We loved the restaurant including bar and fire place, the recreation center with the christmas decoration was so amazing and we also loved the evergreen shop where we bought a lot of souvenirs. We felt so much happier and relaxed after our one-night stay at the Evergreen lodge - it was incredible! Thank you so much.

The cabin should have been checked out by staff before we arrived. Once there we had several problems that had to be corrected.

There was a wedding on site on our first night, the music was thumping until late and this was unexpected when we booked to stay in the forest. We tolerated it and tried to sleep (including our children) as best we could, but were woken again in early hours by drunk wedding guests forgetting that families and non-wedding-guests were staying on site. Evergreen was still a magic location and experience, but I feel like non-wedding-guests should've been advised prior to arriving on site that they wouldn't get much sleep!!

A truely unique experience, we wish we'd stayed for longer to make more use of the on-site facilities.

Probably a good place to stay with kids! Lots of activities - like a good summer resort. I think summer with the pool open, etc would be awesome.

I liked this property. It had some lovely touches. Lovely fireplace under the stars. Free s’mores! It would be a great place to stay with kids as there are a lot of activities.

Excellent service. After we checked out and returned after a day hike we asked about the lost item that we thought we had left in the room. People in the front office called and asked someone to check the room again. They also helped us with arranging the charging stations late at night. Great service!

quite espensive (as all of the hotels the time we where travelling to yosemite) and one hour away from park entry

incredible and nice bungalow hotel in the middle of the nature, one hour apart from Yosemite park entry. we loved it to stay there and enjoy nature and this nice and cosy hotel.

Location a little out of the way. No entry by car into the main park so one had to drive 10km to reach that. Road to evergreen lodge could do with a little TLC

Pool and hot tub a nice welcome after the days hiking. Hetch hetchy dam a must see.
