We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesAt first we were a little worried about the safety of our vehicle and the people around us. But by the time we left we were pleasantly surprised by how safe and peaceful everything we felt all night. The parking is a little tight for big vehicles, we have a Ram 3500, other than that we had a great stay.
The workers were extremely helpful and nice. We travel with a small support dog and usually we have issues with staff with having to go above and beyond to prove she's a working dog not a pet, this hotel was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are not the best but you get what you pay for and it is a lower star hotel.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Great location anything you could want to eat is within walking distance. There is a shopping center right up the street if you want to shop. They were very nice and polite. Would go again when in the area working.

United StatesEven-though it was on the main strip, you could easily miss the location. I rang the “doorbell” for likely 10 minutes with no answer. But as soon as I call, the night clerk comes running out. In the main lobby, there was brand new TV’s in boxes, however mine was a big box TV from the early 2000’s that didn’t work with the remote. The shower curtain needed to be replaced bad it had mold and other unsanitary items on it. I was only here for one night due to circumstances beyond my control. But all night you continued to hear trains riding in the distance, soundproofing wouldn’t be a bad idea. While I didn’t realize smoking rooms was still an option in todays society, unfortunately as soon as I entered my room I realized that was the case. While I don’t smoke, clearly anyone who’s ever stepped foot in that room and likely from the smoke odors of other items, everyone around was smoking “items.”

United StatesI would first start off by saying that this place was a DUMP. The fire alarm was covered with toilet paper, and plastic wrap, completely. The holes, as well as the stains on the sheet were a clear indication that the sheets are not changed, nor ever cleaned. There were obvious sexual stains on the sheets. Let’s move forward to the “non smoking” room which had obviously been smoked in more then just a time or two. we requested non smoking specifically, especially because my wife is pregnant. The location is sketchy, and dirty. There were stains on the carpet that had a dark red tent, and I’m not so sure that a murder didn’t happen in that room based off of the blood stains that still lingered in that carpet. The bathroom shower curtain had been molded from top to bottom, and was extremely yellow, with little to no room to take a shower and turn your body. The floor behind the toilet was DISGUSTING. I actually tried not to use the restroom until I absolutely had to with fear of catching something. The pillows were flat, and I do mean FLAT. I woke up with neck problems, and a very sore back because of the mattress. This place thought that getting newer tvs in the room was gonna help, and I think that was clear but even the Television was awful. There has been clear water damage that had just been painted over to try and hide it, but it was very much clear. This place needs some TLC. Major TLC. I’ve been hopeless before and have slept in some awful hotels but this by far made me the most sketched out. There needs to be an executive decision to close this place down, tear it down, and start over from bottom to top. That is the only relation to “executive” this place should be. Save your money, or spend 30 dollars extra for a better hotel. If I could have gotten a refund then I would have.
