Took a while to wait in the reception area for check in. No staff for few minutes. Wifi didn’t reach our room. Can hear sounds in the next room. Facilities were old

Non smoking hotel pool was dirty the free breakfast wasn't up to par our kitchenette burners were rusted floors were dirty the ceiling light fixture fell down on the table while I was sitting there almost hit me on the head took a few days for it to get fixed

I booked for three adults. They have towels for two adults, when I asked for more, I was told that I had to bring down the old tower to get new towels and when I told the staff member that was three adults in the room, I got three drying towels not sure how or why

They don't offer good house cleaning and u have to go get fresh towels and toilet paper from the desk they don't change them for u. The breakfast was muffins and granola bars. It was a very small room and the air conditioner did not work, thank god it had a window that opened. U have to do your own trash, things like that. I am not paying for a hotel and doing housework on vacation

No small oven to bake A/C is broken I have to push the front on every day light is out on side of bed…I asked twice to have my room cleaned but they keep giving me excuses so I cleaned it myself red stains on the floor..window doesn’t open well

The place needs renovations and more cleaning. The bed sheets get changed only every two weeks if you stay that long, other than that, if you need to get fresh towels you have to go to the front desk every time and exchange the used for the clean. The toiletries are not automatically in your room when you check in, you have to ask for those. I get it’s not a fancy hotel but having simple things like that make the stay more pleasant even if it’s a two star.

The location was very convenient and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

The pool was closed. The room was not what I reserved and it was dated and not clean. Elevator made loud noises. Breakfast was granola bars.

When I booked, it said the pool was open. When we arrived. I asked the lady that checked us in ( the pool open right?) She said no I'm sorry, it isn't." So the kids were so upset about it, and I was too. Someone could've contacted me before arrival time and told us that the pool wasn't open. We're front Alabama and drive 4 hours to Destin. So I asked to cancel/refund the rest of our stay and found us another hotel that had a working and clean pool. And we saw a roach come from underneath the wall where the sink and stoce was, in my best friends room, while chilling and talking the night we checked in. I did notify Lisa at the front desk. Other than that the stay was good

My entire room even the door on the outside amd inside was filthy. I mopped the floor with a towel and just the tiny bathroom alone used an entire towel to clean the floor. There was hair all over the shower and the hairdryer didn't work amd was gross to even try to use. You could still see shavings from a man's face all over the cabinet doors

When we got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned. The floor was covered in dirt and there was toothpaste in the sink. You could tell the sheets hadn’t been changed. They did give us a fresh set when we asked and gave us a broom we had asked for to clean up ourselves. The pool was a little worn down and could stand to have repairs done, but it wasn’t terrible. We were told it was a double queen, but they are actually full size beds.

The hotel was quiet and the staff were all very friendly. Anytime we asked for something they would get it for us with a smile. If we had any questions they happily answered and if they didn’t know the answer they’d find another staff member who did. The place was big free other than the occasional little spider outside, which is normal. The pool area was decently clean and tucked back behind the hotel with trees on the other side, so it was a relaxing area. If you’re wanting a cheap hotel, that’s pet friendly and don’t mind doing a little cleaning yourself this place would be good to stay at. We stayed with our kids and didn’t feel unsafe waking around with them or coming back to the hotel late.

It was hot in the hallways and the elevator, and the rooms are pretty small.
