We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe beds. They are very bouncy. So every time you move the entire bed moves and they were very saggy towards the middle. Breakfast. We went at 9 so there should have been plenty left considering breakfast goes until 10:00 but there were no muffins or quick grab things like that. The line for making a waffle or bagel is too long so it would take too long to get one. However there were plenty of eggs and sausage the hash browns were not browned at all. They looked like they were boiled or maybe steamed, so not very tasty.
I liked that we were only 9 mins from where we needed to be the next day.

United StatesThe pillows were not to my liking but I'm picky when it comes to pillows. Were too soft for me. A few things were left behind from the previous guests but nothing crazy. The pool was cold and was a bit rundown. The hottub was broken and boarded up.
The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was a simple and quick process. Hotel provided "goodie bags" with a snack and water at checkin! Hotel was located very close to our concert venue. Beds were comfy and clean. LOVED the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Breakfast was tasty and lots of variety.

United StatesOn the day of arrival, we tried to check into the Fairfield inn in Neville Island. They did not receive the reservation we had ordered. It turned out that the confirmation email pointed us to Neville Island although our reservations were sent to a sister Fairfield in Robinson Township. The staff at Neville Island could not find our reservations and did not know the process to take care of the situation. They gave us reservations for the days that we had reserved and told us that would take care of the billing when we checked out. Unfortunately, when we did check out there was no manager to help us through this problem.

United StatesI booked a King Suite, but when I checked in, I was told I had only booked a regular King room. Roxy apologized and upgraded us to the suite. Luckily, there were a few left. I had taken a screenshot of my confirmation and showed it to her. I wanted her to see that there is clearly a communication issue somewhere between booking.com and the hotel. I would've been extremely disappointed if she would not have been able to upgrade us, as we had 3 adults traveling together.
The staff was exceptional. Roxy checked us in and was very accommodating. Breakfast was also very good.

We didn’t get in until after 2am due to a flight delay. I had called ahead and made the hotel aware. When we got there, the host was waiting for us and got us to our room quickly. As usual the room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was short but pleasant.
