The beds. They are very bouncy. So every time you move the entire bed moves and they were very saggy towards the middle. Breakfast. We went at 9 so there should have been plenty left considering breakfast goes until 10:00 but there were no muffins or quick grab things like that. The line for making a waffle or bagel is too long so it would take too long to get one. However there were plenty of eggs and sausage the hash browns were not browned at all. They looked like they were boiled or maybe steamed, so not very tasty.

I liked that we were only 9 mins from where we needed to be the next day.

The pillows were not to my liking but I'm picky when it comes to pillows. Were too soft for me. A few things were left behind from the previous guests but nothing crazy. The pool was cold and was a bit rundown. The hottub was broken and boarded up.

The staff was very friendly. Check in and out was a simple and quick process. Hotel provided "goodie bags" with a snack and water at checkin! Hotel was located very close to our concert venue. Beds were comfy and clean. LOVED the shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Breakfast was tasty and lots of variety.

A/C in the room kept me up making a loud washer machine noise. TV was on the smaller side and sat low on a desk where it was blocked by my feet when I layed down on the bed.

Beds we're okay, fridge and microwave.

Everything was very small microwave and TV was so small never stayed at any hotel with a TV that small.

On the day of arrival, we tried to check into the Fairfield inn in Neville Island. They did not receive the reservation we had ordered. It turned out that the confirmation email pointed us to Neville Island although our reservations were sent to a sister Fairfield in Robinson Township. The staff at Neville Island could not find our reservations and did not know the process to take care of the situation. They gave us reservations for the days that we had reserved and told us that would take care of the billing when we checked out. Unfortunately, when we did check out there was no manager to help us through this problem.

Not sure about location, but met our needs for a stop near highway.

Very nice and clean. Comfortable beds, good wifi. Staff was all nice. Many places to sit around hotel. View of river and great price.

The breakfast didn’t look very appetizing and I opted no to use the complimentary breakfast. In addition, the bed was very uncomfortable for me, too soft.

I booked a King Suite, but when I checked in, I was told I had only booked a regular King room. Roxy apologized and upgraded us to the suite. Luckily, there were a few left. I had taken a screenshot of my confirmation and showed it to her. I wanted her to see that there is clearly a communication issue somewhere between booking.com and the hotel. I would've been extremely disappointed if she would not have been able to upgrade us, as we had 3 adults traveling together.

The staff was exceptional. Roxy checked us in and was very accommodating. Breakfast was also very good.

Top floor is noisy from heating and cooling systems on roof. We moved to the first floor which was very quiet.

We weren’t crazy about the continental breakfast. The eggs were rubbery and the juice machine was not working.

We didn’t get in until after 2am due to a flight delay. I had called ahead and made the hotel aware. When we got there, the host was waiting for us and got us to our room quickly. As usual the room was clean and comfortable. Our stay was short but pleasant.

Asked for a Room that sleeps 3, Did not get that. Was told I could get Early Check-in at 2pm, did not get that. TV in the room was not a Smart TV and it was very small. House Keeping rotation was every 3 days, our stay was just 2 days. Asked for a Roll-a-way Bed, never got it. My 3rd guest stayed at relatives Home

The breakfast was not nearly as good as other Fairfield Inns. Example- no fresh fruit, only syrup available was the sugar free version.

Location was not the best for us since our Pittsburgh family lives 20 minutes away from hotel, but we knew that when we booked.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice a clean but a little small to house a king bed. Nice touch to have a phone app control the TV. Good value for the money.
