You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Warm reception & fast check-in. At check-in, staff kindly adjusted my reservation to accommodate me for an additional night due to unexpected circumstances. All staff members greeted me with a smile, consistently asked how my stay is going, & if I needed anything. Great tasting breakfast with a generous choice of menu items. Mrs Tatnes extreme efforts running the breakfast bar are commendable! This hotel staff truly cares about your experience & comfort. Very clean & comfortable environment throughout the entire building.

United StatesThe bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress needs replacing! Texas was experiencing wicked hot temperatures but the pool in Boerne didn't open until 10 a.m. People traveling who like to exercise before they get on the road are out of luck. And who wants to be in the pool in the mid day when the sun is burning brightest, and there's nothing for shade?

United StatesThe bed was OK, but the pillows were flat. I normally sleep with one pillow. In this case, one was to few and two were too many. It made my neck uncomfortable. Price was outrageous for a $270-plus per night stay for two people. I know it was Memorial Day weekend, but still. The breakfast was average compared to other "breakfast included" motels/hotels we stay at.
The location was fairly convenient to where we needed to be. Access was fine. Wi-fi was fine. Staff was pleasant and helpful especially the young man who worked nights at the desk.
