We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety in a large area with lots of different seating. The bed was comfortable and there was a number of pillow sizes. The pool looked very clean & inviting but I didn't have my swimsuit with me.

My daughter had a gymnastics meet nearby. So having everything we wanted and needed to do so close to the property was a definite plus. The hotel staff and our room was wonderful from start to finish. I was very pleased, and would absolutely stay again.

Very friendly staff! Allowed us to keep our motorcycles under the roof of the entrance drive to protect them from the coming thunderstorms! Room was great, clean and comfortable. There's an Outback right across from the hotel, like 100 yards away and you get 10% off your bill for staying here!

United StatesWhen I went to check in at the hotel, the receptionist rudely told me that I did not have reservation. I showed them the booking confirmation page, but they refused to accept it, saying it was from Booking.com and that I needed their own confirmation number. After calling the general manager (who was even ruder), they spent 20 minutes trying to find my reservation. When I finally got to my room, the air conditioner was making a very disturbing noise like a tractor. After receiving such rudeness instead of a warm welcome, the room’s condition was the last straw. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and the staff were incredibly rude. Do not stay here.

Staff not very friendly. Breakfast offerings poor. Green bananas- no other fruit. Dirty breakfast area. The worst and most expensive hotel of our 3 week holiday away.
Lobby and main breakfast area updated and pleasant looking. Location good- just off main highway. Ample parking.

CanadaWhen we arrived the reservation didn't reflect our two requests for a ground floor, pet friendly room, even though I talked to the front desk directly the week before to confirm it. The front desk staff didn't make last minute changes to accommodate us. Our bathroom toilet was leaking when we arrived and the repairman did replace the water value in the tank right away but the toilet still didn't flush properly afterward. There were rust stains around the bathtub and the shower valve was very hard to pull on for some reason.
The location and restaurants in the area was very good. Easy to access from South Carolina and to head north through West Virginia on our way out.

United StatesWe had a king suite and there was no lightbulb in the living area. The front desk lady promptly brought us one. I always look under things when I go to make sure I have everything, and it was dirty in the out-of-sight areas. The back of the bathroom door was dirty. The price was high.
