they didn’t clean up our room at all. we asked to clean at least one of the days that we were there and they didn’t not do it. Also they’re was a loud party in front of our room, I had to address the families about their loudness.

We arrived for a viewing and funeral with family and relatives who were club members, and we were sent to a 3rd-floor room with a portable ac. My mom, who is diabetic with high bp, had to be moved to a relative's house because the heat was too much to bear. And this was around 9 or 10 pm after a long drive from Orange County. We had to move rooms the next day and request a fan, and there was only one, and we had two rooms. The night staff wasn't insufficient and offered to move us to a king bedroom, but there were 4 of us in each room. I never received a discount, a refund for that night (we stayed three nights), or points. The manager on the second day morning assisted us, but we could have been helped more. it was already a sad event on top of that is the heat and that uncomfortable night. it was too much

The elevator broke and we did have to carry our luggage down, but other than that, the stay was amazing! We always stay here.

Everything was great.

very clean, very friendly. Woke up late for the breakfast, but they were kind enough to still serve us. that make our stay we have small children so it was nice to go down for breakfast at 10 then come back and get ready to leave at 12 . The staff went above and beyond and served us when she didn’t even have to because we came when it was the closing.

The hotel is very run down. The air conditioner was a stand-alone box that was extremely loud. I paid for a King Room and bed. The room was tiny and did not have a sitting area or extra chair. Bed was uncomfortable. Work station was narrow and faced the TV directly less than 2 feet distance; again uncomfortable. Poorly designed room layout. Poor air circulation. Very minimal electrical outlets; not conducive for business travelers or even families who would have multiple cell phones and devices to plug in. Overall disappointing and will not be staying here again.

The staff was very nice. The lady in charge of the breakfast was outgoing, friendly and attentive; kept everything well-stocked and food replenished. The location of the hotel was good; very convenient for my meetings and local amenities.

Breakfast area staff did not provide good service. Trash bin was full at 6am and not emptied from previous night. Coffee and hot water were cold. Staff did not make fresh coffee in the morning. They only emptied trash and made fresh coffee when customers complained about the issues.

choose to stay at Fairfield Inn vs Hampton Inn for the hot breakfast and indoor heated pool. The quality of the breakfast was extremely poor and the thermostat on the pool wasn’t working.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel in great location (walking distance from restaurants, target and mall).
