Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesPool is VERY small. There was some teens that came in and with 6 of them, our 3 little girls were quickly overwhelmed and we left. A microwave in the room would also be nice.
Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Lots of options. I was very excited to see a non dairy milk option our first morning but second morning that was not available. Staff was very helpful.

United StatesThe hotel had some unfortunate issues during my stay. The first night the fire alarm system maul-functioned and went off at 4:30am for about 5 minutes. Scared me awake. Which made my work day very unpleasant. Next day around 2:45pm I came back for a nap and the pool overflowed and water was all over the main hallway. The floor is a smooth marble so it was very hazardous to make it to the elevator or stairs. They where trying to clean it up, but it was about an inch or two of water. Then that evening they lost power at 10pm. I understand things happen and know most of these are out of their control. But they didn’t even offer a discount or anything when I talked to the front desk. Unfortunately for me my stay wasn’t very pleasant as the primary purpose was to be rested for work.
The staff was very nice and the room was clean.

United StatesNo washcloths or hand towels in room. Lady that was working the evening shift was very rude. Didn’t obviously like her job. When asked her for washcloths and hand towels she said to ask the maids cleaning room because she wasn’t in charge of them. Air conditioning smelled musty. Lock on door did not lock. Lobby and elevator extremely warm.
Beds comfortable and room clean. When I checked in the young lady at the front desk was very polite. Also gentleman who was working late shift at the desk was very helpful and kind.

United StatesI went to the Fairfield inn & suites as a getaway mainly to sit in the hot tub for a few hours because of my terrible muscle aches in my body from being sick and being at work for way too long most days. As soon as I sat down into the hot tub I looked at the water and I saw that there was tons of bacteria and just chunky stuff and short hairs floating in the water was just as constant film on top of the water is absolutely disgusting the hot tub was filthy dirty and gross.
I left within the first hour of being at this location I did not stay overnight and I did not stay for breakfast.

United StatesThe bathroom could have been cleaner. The bottom of the tub had some pretty gross stuff on it. Because of my handicap it would be useful to have a recliner in the room as many other hotels do.
We stayed at your hotel because my husband had early AM outpatient surgery. We had anticipated having to stay 2 additional nights because of the impending storm. But we were able to leave before the storm. However, because of the surgery, my husband could not carry our luggage, and I am handicapped. The maintenance guy, Albert, was a HUGE help and assisted us so graciously. He deserves recognition and a raise! Also, thanks to Albert, he contacted the boss about refunding points due to extenuating circumstances, and she agreed. What kind people!

United StatesThe 2nd floor, and the room smelled like marijuana and Cigarettes. If it wasn't after midnight I would have left. They charged me $133 ish for the room and later charged me another $280 for the stink that was already there. I don't smoke weed. I can't stand the smell of it. I had to sleep with the window open it stunk so bad! I complained to the front desk and they told me I could contact a manger. Well guess what the manager will never call you back and is never there when you call. I tried to dispute it through my bank but motels have a loop whole, basically you can't. Don't stay in this hotel unless you don't mind the smell and getting charged triple the amount.

United StatesWe stayed the first night in room 302 on 5/25/23. The carpet was dirty and needed vacuuming. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and made sleeping problematic. The shower/tub/bathroom didn't have any shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Someone had tried to force the room window open, and the track was broken. There were no towels in the pool hot tub area. The second night we stayed in room 101 on 5/27/23. The sink was broken/cracked in the bathroom. We were charged $133.28 for the first night, and $185.92 for the second night. We were told that the room rate was the same when we booked the rooms. Why were we charged $52.64 more for the second night. Had we known that we would have stayed elsewhere. Deceptive business practices for sure. Will be the last time we stay there.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. We like the coffee between meals.
