If you are going to have a an unusually short two-hour breakfast window (7-9am), you should at least be prepared to properly serve your guests during that time. If you don't have enough kitchen staff, or enough stoves to properly serve people within a 2-hour window, then your breakfast window should be expanded to spread out the arrival of guests to the dining hall. When I went down for breakfast (around 8:25am), many basic items were missing. My partner had breakfast just 20 minutes before me, and the difference was big. For example, when I went to have breakfast, there was no bacon, no Nutella packs, no bananas, no coffee. I mean, maybe they were making more bacon at the moment, but then again, this is the problem with cramming all the guests into a abnormal, unusually short breakfast window.

I was disappointed to find a drumstick and a few trash items under our bed. I was checking the room at the end of our stay and found old food and trash under the bed. I notified staff, but then was disappointed that the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. no discount was offered. The breakfast was great, but they ran out of potatoes, delicious, and only one waffle maker. the wait for waffles was long. The toaster didn't work. Couldn't toast our bagels, either. Not enough seating, saw lots of guests taking food to their rooms. Was a windy day, but pool needed cleaning.

The location was very close to where our destination was located. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was set up nicely and had decent equipment.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the breakfast.

When I checked in at 3:15pm on Saturday, October 16, 2021, I waited at the counter for 5 minutes looking for staff. Instead a custodian by the elevator cleaning and vacuuming. When the staff person arrived, she didn't welcome me or smile. She basically just wanted my credit card and ID. I requested to be on the top floor she said she only had a 4th and 2nd floor with a King size bed. I took the 4th floor #435. The bathroom door knob was looseand needed to tighten. When I called the front desk to request toothpaste and toothbrush the guy said he will have it for me. I go down to the desk and went to the counter to pick up the items, in a rude way he said I'm helping customers. I decided to leave and didn't want to wait for 2 customers to get taken care of before I get my items I requested on the phone.

The breakfast At this location feels like a home cooked meal. The employees and cooks clearly put a lot of effort into the preparation and presentation each morning. Sausage eggs home style potatoes fruits bagels waffles oatmeal yogurt and juice was above and beyond. The room was immaculate, up to date and tastefully decorated. Especially since COVID.. breakfasts have been few and far between in the times I have stayed. One simple issue with an extension on a reservation that was caused by a switch from 3rd party to booking with the hotel was the only hiccup and was corrected immediately by the manager. 10/10!

Dirty carpet with bits of stuff in various areas of the room including a very sharp piece of plastic...nasty shower curtain liner...long black hair in tub ...and I have short red hair. Hallway corridor needed vacuuming too. No sanitizing notices or towelettes provided in room..thank heavens I carry my own spray for remote, etc.

May not be the property’s fault, but I was told that we would have a bedroom with adjoining living room with a sofa bed. We didn’t, we had one room with two doubles.
