Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaWe felt the staff were very engaging and helpful ... rooms were clean and comfy ... facilities like the gym and pool great ... the Manager was very welcoming ... came out and talked with us ... gave our family a bottle of cold water each ... the breakfast was great ... we will return to this facility for sure ... it was the 5th Mariott we stayed in during our 11 day vacation to the west coast/Vegas.

This was a good choice for our Vegas trip. We were using Vegas as a jumping off point for travel through Nevada and California and did not want to stay on the strip. We booked the bigger room that had 2 beds and a pull out sofa. it worked for us and our 2 teen boys. The breakfast was the usual chain, budget breakfast with a few hot offerings. It was all as expected.

It was close and convenient to the airport. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 4 am so the breakfast wasn't open yet. It only took about 10 minutes to get to the airport from this hotel at 4 am.

MexicoApparently they were charging for parking because of the concert that was happening the night we arrived. We weren’t aware parking wasn’t free since it wasn’t mentioned when we reserved. It was a small fee but we didn’t know. Bed was king but it felt smaller.
Great staff, they let us make an early checkin since we arrived a bit earlier. Is a great location if you’re going to an event at allegiant stadium. Bathroom was really spacious and comfortable.
