Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bathroom in our room had an odor and the showerhead spilled water everywhere. There is no vent in the bathroom. I think the odor came from the wallpaper. Also the curtains are a bit long and covered the AC so it was hard to keep the room cool.
The property was in a great location, quick access to shopping restaurants and freeway.

United StatesThe breakfast selection was way below Marriott standards to me. I get it, we are just coming off a pandemic, but scrambled eggs are simple to prepare instead of a packaged souffle egg choice More protein choices. Thr oatmeal was very good as was the coffee. The staff was excellent so that made up for the skimpy Sunday morning selection. Also need better coffee machines in the rooms with better coffee, that way people would not feel they need a Starbucks.
Easy parking and access to hotel. Welcoming fragrance in the lobby and nice decor.

It's near the freeway - easy to get to, I suppose, but in a fairly dull area, next to some more hotels and parking lots. The bed was very comfortable.

United StatesAs stated above, I was please that there was a hot breakfast, but it was far less than what I would have expected from a hot breakfast in a hotel. Only bacon and institutional eggs. and oatmeal. No waffles, and only sliced white bread options.
On the website, it stated that the breakfast was continental, but I was pleased to see that it was a hot breakfast. Unfortunately, the eggs were what I got at boot camp, and the juice machine was out of half of the options. The bacon was good.

United StatesNo trash can liners. Since there isn’t regular in-room cleaning for multiple night stays, more regular pick up of hallway trash would be nice. More towels in the room. Coffee available in the lobby would be nice. Having a working hot tub would’ve been nice.
