That I was able to call the day before I request a room on the bottom floor and it was granted. I appreciated that very much. Thank you

Very few parking spots are in the shade.

We have stayed here several times in recent years and we've enjoyed the convenience and value each time. It is an easy and pretty 20 minute walk past the SOU campus into the Theater district.

I really don’t have anything negative to say about my stay.

The room was updated and very clean. A great Mexican restaurant right next-door.

Weak water pressure in faucet and shower.

Friendly staff, great location—next to University and Morning Glory, a great breakfast & brunch wonderful place, comfortable bed, OK shower, it also has table and desk, microwave and refrigerator, and a coffee maker. It has everything we need and would ask for.

I really didn’t have an issues with the property and staff itself but the problem with the booking app having to prove the room was paid in advance was unexpected.

Had an issue with checking in but the person was very helpful and worked with me to get the online payment problem resolved. The room was a pleasant surprise and a nice place to stay for the night.

The room we were in had sluggish plumbing. A little TLC and things were fine. It would be nice to see the hotel add in more sustainable features.

The location was perfect to visit Southern Oregon University and walking distance to several great restaurants. It was about 1.1 miles to the Shakespeare Festival in downtown Ashland too, an easy walk for fairly active people.

It was really fine. This is our 2nd year of staying there. The reception staff was terrific, and so were the warm chocolate chip cookies in the reception area. The bathroom was extremely small, especially when it was a pet friendly room and if we are away from the room, we like to keep our pet in the bathroom. That was tough on her because of limited space.

The price was very reasonable, and it is a pet friendly Inn. Those things are important to us, so we are fine with the fact that some things could have been cleaner. We left a tip for the housekeeper anyway. They are never paid well enough.

Street access to I-5 is a little inconvenient, but I've been there enough to know I just need to go one street over to hit a light.

The staff here are always friendly and accommodating. They always take care of any special needs I may have. The price is economical and always have something to grab for breakfast. Parking is easy although the street isn't the most accessible, but it's not the hotel's fault. I make frequent trips up I-5 and this hotel is at a good location for me to stop. Close enough to downtown and places to eat. I almost always stay here when passing through the area.

Toilet rocked and was not sealed around base. Curtains had holes in them, as did those in several rooms adjacent to ours. Heater was old and was not controlled by thermostat. It could only be set to hot or hotter. The hot setting produced temperatures we estimated at about 85 degrees.

Room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated with comfortable bed, furniture appeared new, cordial desk attendant, good breakfast.

Could hear the toilet flushing in the neighboring room multiple times (like 10x). Woke up super early to a football announcer on loudspeaker at the nearby college.

I really appreciated the hotel management staying open an extra 10 mins to check me in on a very rainy night after delays in driving down from WA. For anyone traveling long distances, it’s good to know that the office closes at 10pm!

There was a random straw, toothpick and rock right next to one of the beds...only saw it when we were leaving when I was looking under the comforter to make sure we didn't leave anything. So, that isn't great, since it makes me wonder how well they vacuum the rooms and look under stuff. That would be my only complaint.

It was just across the street from SOU and we were there to tour the college the day after we arrived. It was perfect! The room and breakfast and location was exactly what we needed.
