The location worked very well for the activities that we were interested in. We mainly explored the lakes and did some hikes. We were still close enough to the interesting downtown. The pool area looked wonderful however the weather did not allow us to use it. The breakfast was very good. Lots of variety.

Tesla EV charger was blocked by a GAS car - The EV charging spot should be cordoned off and those with GAS cars should be told not to park in that one spot.

I do not know of the housekeeping policy, but assuming housekeeping was supposed to come on a daily basis, they did not come one day out of the four days we stayed (not too much of a big deal). Something that really disappointed me was that I found old chewed up gum stuck to the bedside lamp shade (but considering how understanding we are, this also was not a big deal to us). We’ll definitely be coming back!

The complimentary coffee bar and breakfast buffet was a big deal for us considering we had two children. The older lady who seemed to have worked the kitchen area was so understanding and nice with accidents occurring (on our behalf) we really appreciated her. All front desk employees were great with hospitality, provided great customer service and was very informative. A couple employees recommended some really good places for us to take the kids to and this is really what made our trip complete!

$65.00 pet fee!!! Power was off for 3 hours, no backup generator, hallways were black and room got cold. Breakfast was mediocre.

The only thing that could use improvement was the carpeting/flooring especially in the common areas.

The property grounds were beautiful. Nice views out of all the windows. The lobby area had chandeliers, nice furniture, and a place to get a glass of wine, cup of coffee, and/or home baked cookies while you enjoy the fireplace ambience. Hotel rooms were clean with a nice size frig and a balcony. Free hot breakfast with all kinds of breakfast choices. For the price, I thought there was a lot that the hotel had to offer. We would stay there again!

They didn't say anything about the first floor renovations and as I went there for rest and never left my room it was noisy with construction.

When my room had a water leak and the heater didn't work they immidiately gave me a new room.

I love the staff. Sue was especially accommodating and was able to help me with my needs. I observed a first snowfall; it’s so lovely to see the snow falling in the courtyard from the balcony in the winter. What a beautiful treat!

The toilet had an unpleasant smell when flushing, but it wasn't horrible, and I know this is an old building with old plumbing.

They have a good breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, tortillas, hot sauces, bread, english muffin, bagels, Danish, waffles, fruit, cereal bars, oatmeal, cereal, and more... Coffee, tea and hot coco are always available. The lobby is very classy. They have a wood burning fire place that is nice to sit by. The outdoor pool are looks nice, but it was too cool outside to enjoy in December. This was our 2nd stay here. I like the classy feel of the lobby, it is an inviting space to sit and visit.

A longer stay.

It's like being in 🇮🇹 Italy only closer.. in the evening a large fireplace and a glass of wine. Thr room was clean and comfortable a balcony overlooking a European type courtyard.

Rooms a bit dated. Bathroom needs an overhaul as it had stains, etc from years of use in a deluxe room.

It would have been a nicer stay if the property was remodeled but it was still a nice place to stay.

The room was nice and breakfast was more than we expected. The wine and beer bar was a cute idea and the lobby area was very nice for sitting in front of the fireplace and the room is very spacious. The enclosed parking was also nice with the colder weather
